Island Vibe serves the best Haitian food in Chattanooga, hands down. The flavors are rich, authentic, and truly transport you to Haiti with every bite. From the savory pikliz, chicken, to the perfectly spiced rice and beans, everything was cooked to perfection. The portions are very generous. So tonight I got the privilege of being able to eat some amazing food. I have traveled through many major metropolitan areas and sample multitudes of cuisine. I gave reviews to thousands of followers through the years. So when I tell you this food is legit, it truly is. As a chef myself I can tell you it was flawless. His aromatic, complementary flavors come together only to show you just how passionate of a chef he is. To briefly talk with him about his love for food, his plans to one day open up his own establishment was moving. When he gets to his dreams being fulfilled I hope to be one the 1st in the door.
