Employees didn't have a clue which customer had ordered what. The employee at the window asked if 3 different orders were ours which none of it was. The grease in the fryer needs to be changed. We ordered cheddar poppers and a soft pretzel and had to throw both of them away because they tasted so bad like old grease.

If you've never had a foot long chilli dog from Sonic, you need to get one. I've been all over the country and they have the BEST chilli dogs I've ever had from a fastfood place.

Got tenders that were inedible hard as rocks and darker than I’ve ever seen before threw them away and wasted money on frozen, overcooked or past hold time food how ever it happens if you wouldn’t eat it don’t serve it ! False advertisement is one thing but the food you get here never looks like the menu item and that’s enough said !

They decided to spend more time renovating the outside visuals of the location instead of ensuring their screens work. No beep when you hit the button, servers will simply cancel your order instead of moving it to the pay screen. 7:30 AM and they take forever to do anything with two cars in the lot. I don't know what they're getting paid for, they're not really doing their job. They have one worker who is nice, and the others seem to hate interacting with anyone.

Went in for late traveling meal while passing through Chattanooga last night around 1030pm. As soon as we hit red button she said it would be 20 minutes. There was 4 cars parked at the stalls. 30 minutes later nothing, but 4 cars went through drive through. So I got in drive through and immediately told it would be 15 minutes. By time we got back up the street to Wendy's they had closed so we got no food. If you can't staff the place enough to serve food in a timely manner then shut it down.
