I love Sonic to start, and the benefit of the doubt I'll gladly give. I assume they've been understaffed for a bit because lately it's taken a while to get my coney. No hate at all, just used to quicker meal service. The rest is great though

Very bad experience!! Sat at drive through for over 15 minutes no one ever took my order. Pulled around to the drive up service and finally someone took my order however they were out of Texas toast and I wanted 2 BLTs. Replaced my order with a burger meal, have been sitting here waiting on the order for over 30 minutes. If I hadn’t already paid for the meal I would drive off. This is the worst sonic and I will drive 15 miles out of my way to the nearest sonic next time.

Waited 5 minutes in a stall, only to get a message stating it was out of order over the speaker. Moved to a new stall, and timed out after hitting the button, while they served the drive thru cars that arrived after me. 10 mi uses after hitting the red button a second time, was asked to wait. Went to McDonald's, and had my food in 8 minutes total. Will not go back to this sonic.
