I ate here last week and it was great. Today not so good hamburger was dry like meat had been sitting out since lunch. Onion rings were not hot and fresh. Ask for ketchup, but of course there was none or napkins. So today was not a good experience. Guess it just depends on who is working

Why do the cook my plain hot dogs on the grill instead of on the rotisserie? They taste like the grill and are burnt. Had this to happen a lot. I won't the plain of the rotisserie like there supposed to be and not burnt. Won't feed the 2 footlong hotdogs I got today to my neighbors dog.

Asked for a LG cookies and cream shake, got some Oreos bits on top but not in the shake; the shake had some kind of chemical after taste.

Had to pick up a door dash order was made to come inside which was strange to me. Upon entering products directly on the floor the young woman making food not wearing gloves when touching RTE products i.e. bacon hamburger patties just to name a few items. Little guy who i guess is the shift Lead was a little zesty with attitude when me asking should I even be allowed in this point of the store....i loved this sonic until I went in. I do not think I'll be a costumer until the cleanliness of the inside of the store is up to par... they have a 98 as of right now but from the few infractions I saw that were critical they are more realistically at a 70 . I hope this helps management and they take this review as help and not a bash.

Food was great, but, I took a bite of my burger and instantly felt a hard plastic object. I don't know how but there was a plastic bread clip inside my burger like photo I added. Personally, it grossed me out, and I tossed out the burger. Unfortunately, if it was a child that could have been a choking hazard and in general it just wasn't safe.
I would have given 5, but the clip grossed me out.
