Had to pick up a door dash order was made to come inside which was strange to me. Upon entering products directly on the floor the young woman making food not wearing gloves when touching RTE products i.e. bacon hamburger patties just to name a few items. Little guy who i guess is the shift Lead was a little zesty with attitude when me asking should I even be allowed in this point of the store....i loved this sonic until I went in. I do not think I'll be a costumer until the cleanliness of the inside of the store is up to par... they have a 98 as of right now but from the few infractions I saw that were critical they are more realistically at a 70 . I hope this helps management and they take this review as help and not a bash.

Food was great, but, I took a bite of my burger and instantly felt a hard plastic object. I don't know how but there was a plastic bread clip inside my burger like photo I added. Personally, it grossed me out, and I tossed out the burger. Unfortunately, if it was a child that could have been a choking hazard and in general it just wasn't safe.
I would have given 5, but the clip grossed me out.

Edited review: Previously one star. People make mistakes and deserve a second chance. I was harsh, but the facts I stated were factual. 2 months later I came back in for a smashburger and this time, no pickles just like I had requested. I wish i liked pickles but I hate them and believe all pickles are created by Satan himself in the darkest part of hell. Jokes aside, they redeeemed themselves. My only regret is I forgot to tip and i always tip. I feel bad about it and I will be back. To the store manager thank you for calling me to rectify the matter.

If you get the 5piece tenders be prepared to get a nugget instead of a 5th tender lol but just do like me and tell them: I’m not going to pay a $1 some for no nugget! And they’ll bring u a full size tender.

We have sonic almost daily for drinks if nothing else.so many combinations of drinks and add ons. My favorite by far
Parking: Stalls that you pull up and order.but if drive thru is backed up then they make you leave the spot you been waiting in already and get into the line at drive thru.i think they need to put up cones or have a sign up because that's very inconvenient
Placed my order and "paid" with a gift card. Waited for my order and was brought a bag of food. The worker asked for payment and stated the system was not currently taking giftcards. Would have been nice to know up front as that was the only reason I went to Sonic. To make matters worse, I paid over $7 for 2 1/2 chicken tenders and 3/4 full medium fry. I will never go back to Sonic.

Have never had bad service at this location! Today I made two orders on accident, let the people know, and they handled it perfectly. Favorite sonic in Chattanooga, and TN!

Side notes: Make sure to ask for the specific # of sauces you want or you may get one pack of it. Wish they would move the trashcan that is drive up to a more convenient spot when pulling out, it’s awkwardly placed.

Not only did they get my order wrong. No napkins salt. Been trying to call them for 15 minutes. Must have phone off the hook. Because of complaints about their lack of service. Also burger was cold. Phone has now been busy for over 30 minutes. I highly recommend that people drive on up to Jack's on the corner of Dayton blvd and Ashland terrace. Server was also rude. Go to Jacks

I used the Sonic app to order our food and it was delivered to my car about 1 minute after I arrived and checked in. The carhop was friendly and thanked me for my business. How often do you hear that anymore? Got home and the food was made correctly and not just slung together and most importantly it was delicious! The onion rings were crispy and my burger was perfect. Not runny but not dry either. The shakes and dirty dr pepper were just as good. Of all the sonics in my area this one in my personal opinion is consistently excellent. And anytime I have ever had an issue with my order they corrected it with no fuss or attitude like I have gotten at other places. Who ever is managing this location is doing an amazing job :)

Do not buy any breakfast sandwiches, they are very very salty. Chili cheese coney does not have real cheese. Velveeta is NOT cheese. They used to have shredded cheddar but no more. They ask for tips.

This is the third time they have messed up my order, left out the marinara sauce ever for my mozzarella sticks, our drinks were disgusting insanely watered down. Just all around terrible do better sonic.
