Horrible!!! Why do both Hixson, Tennessee and Hwy 58 have a missing part to their blast machine??? Bahaha…I believe mgmt is telling a little story! Shame on you! Get it fixed! If you run a business, run it! At least post a sign on the drive thru board!!! We enjoy these on the weekend but every single weekend for 4 months now it’s been this way! A part to the “blast” machine is being ordered! Hmmmm….poor mgmt! Fix it!

Forcing teenage workers to have their parents sign a consent because they have to work till 11:30 pm. How is this possible with school the next day? Do you not value your young employees education??

I arrived at 9:48. There was 2 cars in the drive thru and 2 more in line. I waited in the line for two minutes. The car infront of me still hadn’t been acknowledged. I ordered on my app and decided to park since I just wanted a route 44 drink. By 9:55 my order was supposed to be ready. By 10 I haven’t gotten my drink. So I call the store. Right as another car pulls in to go to the drive thru and another employee comes. 5 more minutes pass and the car leaves the drive thru and the employee that had just arrived finally comes out with my drink. 15 minutes for a Dr Pepper is absolutely ridiculous.

I had previously left a negative review of this location due to poor service HOWEVER. Our Carhop today was absolutely awesome! Tanysha went above and beyond and her kindness completely changed our opinion of this location. We will be back!

The drive through people are so rude. Waited in line for almost 10 minutes before they even addressed the car in front. one person says 3-4 minutes for a sonic blast and another person randomly pops on and rudely says it will be 5-10 minutes. Will never be back.

We ordered a chili cheese tot and when he came she sent a cheese tot. We explained the situation to the guy who ran it out and he said no problem he went in to get the new ones. He returns and explained she said she ran him up a cheese tot and he would need to pay for the chili cheese tots if he wanted them. 3 people in our car and heard the order yet your store screwed up and acts this way. This is why you're reviews on this store are terrible and it's a huge problem with it. I will never return here. It's sad you have to go to red bank to get good food. That's very unprofessional! I will also call upper level of customer service
I arrived at the store this morning, it looked funny. No lights hardly, but it usually be open....ordered through the app, it's saying the food was in the kitchen.....NOBODY WAS THERE AT ALL!! I demand my money back! That's very unprofessional.
