The last three times we've come here, the service has been slow, orders have been messed up, and we've not gotten everything we ordered. Tonight, they gave us the wrong milkshake, my fries were rock hard, no mustard on a burger, and completely forgot my drink. Obviously, they're having problems keeping good employees, so this is likely a management problem. Perhaps the regional manager needs to find better management. $25 for two burgers and a milkshake is already a lot of money to spend and still have orders messed up and food missing. We won't be coming back.

About a week ago went through at dinner rush. A few items got messed up. Reached out was fixed staff was super pleasant and nice about it food was great. Can’t brag enough about how respectful they were how great the parking lot looked.

We picked up some milkshakes and slushes here after fireworks on the 4th of July. Got our app order quickly and the service was nice. Outside building was well kept and clean.

Didn’t have to wait long but I’m assuming it’s because they just throw whatever in a cup and give it to you. Asked for a lemon berry slush, it’s suppose to be red…. It’s Orange.. taste terrible. Asked for a coke because I wasn’t happy. The coke was terrible. Tasted watered down. Please get some help and make stuff correctly.

These smashers tasted like someone at a Krystal tried to make a steamed grilled cheese, somehow they were soggy and burnt. Employees were nice and the drinks were fine but the burgers were basically inedible and I really tried.

This is the WORST sonic to ever exist. How can an establishments ice cream machine be down for so long? Half the menu items the never actually offer, managers and staff have awful customer service skills, and the location is disgusting. The quality does not match what sonic is about. It’s worth it to drive to nearly any other location in the area, even if it adds 30 minutes round trip.

Horrible!!! Why do both Hixson, Tennessee and Hwy 58 have a missing part to their blast machine??? Bahaha…I believe mgmt is telling a little story! Shame on you! Get it fixed! If you run a business, run it! At least post a sign on the drive thru board!!! We enjoy these on the weekend but every single weekend for 4 months now it’s been this way! A part to the “blast” machine is being ordered! Hmmmm….poor mgmt! Fix it!
Went to this Sonic location yesterday with my mother. When we got to stall one, we tried to submit what stall we were at and it would not let us while it was saying “bad internet connection”. We moved to another stall (stall 5). One of their workers came out with our order trying to find the car that the order went to. She came to us and said “Can y’all move stalls? This one don’t work.” (Me and my mother didn’t know. They didn’t have it marked or labeled with any problems, and it was our third time at this location.) Then she said, “We can’t hear you and you can’t hear us.” The tone in her voice was a little rude to ask a customer to move without any knowledge of the broken stall. The stall was working fine, press the red button and it would do the usual thing. My mother asked what the order was that she was holding kindly, and the worker rudely said, “Why?”, then read order name and what is was. My mother said, “That’s our order. We were at stall one, but it was saying ‘bad connection’.” The worker condensedinly told us that it went through and they were wondering where the car went. I’m unhappy with this sonic and find another one in Chattanooga when I’m there. This is the third Sonic that I had to move to multiple stalls due to some stalls being broken without any labels or marking of which one.
