at 2:10 Sunday afternoon I got an Uber for Sonic on highway 58. I pull into the store press the red button until then I had an Uber pickup for Kyle. she told me to go through the drive-thru and they'll have it ready. she said it very fast and I wasn't quite sure what she said when I asked her to repeat it she was already gone. I pressed the red button again to confirm what she said. then a car pulled up next to me push the red button and place an order. the lady told him that the order will be right out. so when she answered my red button again I told her I didn't quite hear what you said I haven't ordered pick up for Kyle. again she told me to go through the drive-thru. I said really you just told the guy next to me thst you will bring his order out to him. so why do I have to go to the drive-thru. she told me she's doing the best they can blah blah blah. but you can't tell one person or not doing hop you got to go through the drive-thru until another one okay I'll bring you right there not right

I have been to a bunch of sonics throughout Tennessee, and many of them have very poor service. I understand that working in fast food can be a very reward-less job, but obscenely long wait times for a straight forward order can be very annoying. HOWEVER! This sonic was on top of my order and got everything right the first time. I was very impressed with the quality and service I received. 5/5!

Sonic is known for serving icecream, right? Apparently not. They have not had a working icecream machine in 10 months. TEN. Maybe more. On top of that, you'll sit in the drive through for 15-20 min to find out
Edit: Now, they have stopped giving kids toys in their kids Meals. Third time getting a kid's meal with no toy.

Far too often I come here and sat at the window for longer than 30 secs or more with no one saying anything through the intercom. I sit here and no one says anything until your half way pulled off. Whoever is there 9/5/25 at 8:37am, young male, needs more training or to be fired. I left without ordering and so did the person behind me in line. Do better or find a job more appealing to you.

I ordered the chili cheese wrap, the Fritos were stale as ever, I got one scoop of chili right in the middle and no cheese so the other two sides were just Fritos. I have called and called to try to talk to the manager and no one will ever answer the phone.
Not sure what has happened to sonic but this one has got to be the worst one by far. I placed a mobile order for some drinks checked in watched a customer pull out of the drive through go park at a stall I guess it was a friend the way the employee ran out to the customer and was so excited to see her and acted like know other customers were out there. There was another customer there before me know telling how long they had to wait because I had to end up go to the drive through to get my order because the ones on the end side could careless about anything than try’s and tells me to go back to the shall no I want what I ordered. I’ll never go back to this sonic

Ordered a limeade and fry off the app at 4:39. Pulled into the lane, checked in, it wouldn't let me put a valid lane. So I waited 15 minutes, didn't see a soul. So now it's 5:00 and I'm in the drive through waiting to these 2 items. This is terrible. I would get out but I have my two kids and don't feel safe leaving them.
5:04 order got brought out after I walked up to the window. Fries were ice cold, sent them back. 5:08 fry delivered.

My husband ordered a burger combo, and asked for no tomato, they put tomato on the burger, I got a large fry and the fries were over cooked, and not hot. It was the hwy. 58 Chattanooga one. Won't be going there again.
