Ordered a limeade and fry off the app at 4:39. Pulled into the lane, checked in, it wouldn't let me put a valid lane. So I waited 15 minutes, didn't see a soul. So now it's 5:00 and I'm in the drive through waiting to these 2 items. This is terrible. I would get out but I have my two kids and don't feel safe leaving them.
5:04 order got brought out after I walked up to the window. Fries were ice cold, sent them back. 5:08 fry delivered.

My husband ordered a burger combo, and asked for no tomato, they put tomato on the burger, I got a large fry and the fries were over cooked, and not hot. It was the hwy. 58 Chattanooga one. Won't be going there again.

Incredibly slow we've been waiting for over 30 minutes and seen multiple cars already get their orders as well as several go through the drive-thru and get theirs we tried to call in to see what was going on and get told will get to it when we can we have three people but everybody that comes through the drive-thru has been helped immediately

I got a mini brownie blast at the Sonic Drive In on HWY 58 and it was not good. I am mildly allergic to peanut butter and there were Reese's cups in my blast. I thought their policy was to clean after every blast? Thankfully I'm not deathly allergic, but I broke out in hives because of it. I used a coupon to get the blast so it was also free but one of my friends at a different stall was also using the same coupon. An extremely rude manager refused to make them a blast when I had just gotten one. I received the coupons from a different sonic, but there's nothing about it not being valid at other stores. They were able to make mine but the other was a problem? I'm never coming back to this sonic. The only good thing about my experience was the very nice carhop.

Thanks for teaching me a hard lesson about tipping before I get my food. When I arrived there was 2 cars in drive thru, no one parked at stalls. I checked in at 6:58 my order was suppose to be out at 7:04. I received my order at 7:27. Tried calling in to see if I could just cancel, but no answer on phone 3 times. Totally unacceptable the lady next to me pushed button and sat there 5 minutes with no answer. Luckily the carhop was bringing my food out 23 minutes later then it was suppose to be. So she asked him if the buttons were working. The footlong chili cheese coneys were barely warm and the chicken tenders were also from the kids meal. There wasn't a toy or anything with it either. This is the last time I will visit this sonic. I am a very reasonable person and would completely understand if it had been busy, but at the time of my arrival it wasn't. By the time I left there was about 8 cars there. In the 30 minute I sat there, I seen 4 cars through the drive thru and 1 car came to stalls and left with shakes, that's how slow it was.

We waited roughly 40 minutes for our food once we got it the shake was melted and the food was cold.
Service is terrible it's too many young people working here with terrible attitudes. They find it funny to keep you waiting forever for a simple drink order smh......I only come here periodically and can waste gas just waiting so long!
