It takes them 30 mins to get my food out, and the screen doesn't even show me anything, just black screen. Also, they even got my tots wrong and gave me hot fried peppers. Is this really tots looks to you!!

We sat in drive thru for 30 minutes before even getting our order taken the they were rude and had a attitude taking orders no one was in drive thru when I pulled up they were not that busy in the parking lot either. I was not rude and was patient because I know that everyone is short

Our order was wrong and the staff was rude. My daughter ordered the pulled pork cheeseburger without pickles and there was no burger patty and extra pickles. I ordered the chocolate covered strawberry milkshake and got a chocolate shake with a few strawberry chunks. I asked the employee for a drink carrier and while another employee started to put it together for me the first employee told me they were out of them. We've had bad service previously and haven't reported it but today the rude employees tipped the scale for me. I will drive out of my way to another location for better service from now on.

My son and I ordered a large shake. We paid for the order and then waited 20 minutes to have it brought out to us. I then went to the walk up kiosk and pushed the button, a worker inside looked out the window and turned back around. I finally went to the drive thru.

No one is ever rude when I come through here but the wait is too long and at night they shut all the lights off like they are closed even when they are open. Literally sitting in line waiting on my order at the window and all outside lights are off. It's 8:44pm....

Just got home with my root beer float from this Sonic, the whole bottom of the cup was full of ice with ice cream on top and about 3 tablespoons of root beer. I called to explain and complain and after explaining to him what they did the young man that answered the phone said”oh you didn’t want ice” omg these people don’t even train their staff! How ignorant can you be????

We ordered two meals and we were missing our tater tots for one of the orders, we tried the fries while waiting for the rest of our food and the fries were cold, we took the food to eat at home once we got there the burger looked smashed and had literally three tiny pieces of what looked like lettuce. Really dissatisfied with this meal.

Wow, never been to a sonic this bad! Most of the windows are not even working, the 5th one I pulled into finally did. And then the staff didn't care at all, miserable expression on her face, just handed me the food and left without a word. Just a horrible experience, do not recommend.
