Sitting in a stall waiting on my food when I saw an employee hit her vape threw the window I understand needing to hit your vape but in the restaurant where customer can see you is definitely not okay

I can't say enough good things about this place. Well, it would be a lot cooler if you could always get the cake batter shake however it's just not the case so a strawberry cheesecake shake will do! Something about onion rings goes so well with it! How do they make that onion ring batter?!

The past few times I have went through there had a wait a long time and then the other morning on my way into work stoped and got a super sonic burritos meal and it wasn't hot and th coke was flat the burito wasn't even rolled barley and all the Ingredients fell out there was very few tators tots in there really ridiculous if you don't wanna work don't go to work. Because you mess other people day up .. and I tired to call and of course no answer play on the phone take it off the hook.

I made an online order for my mother and I a sonic blast. One Oreo and one turtle nut crunch. A bit pricey for mediums but they were delicious. I ordered online, pulled up to the window not even 5 minutes later and the lovely ladies had both blasts ready. I wish they had a bigger selection of the blasts.

Did not have everything on menu. Card reader did not work where I parked but was not marked that it did not work.
The shallowford road location was horrendous not only did I have to wait in line 25 minutes but I never got my order took or anything I left I could not believe how long I not only waited in the stall but I went through drive-thru which was moving really fast by the way although my stall never got taken care of and I was fed up with it after 25 minutes of waiting then going through the drive-thru line waited at the drive-thru box nobody took my order and so therefore I left.

Yesterday my mom and I ordered two drinks that turned out to be flat and called the store to at least make them aware of the issue. Since we didn't have our receipt we didn't expect anything from the interaction but the employee who spoke to me kindly offered to replace them for free and even took down a name and number and assured me that this would be honored even though we couldn't make it back that same day. Today when trying to get the drinks the employees told us they wouldn't honor what I'd been told and that they could only do half off at best. We were given cherry limeades without cherry or lime, and in total spent around $10 for just two subpar drinks. Incredibly disappointing

PLEASE READ!! If you want to be forgotten at the stall for 40+ minutes waiting on a drink, please visit this location. It would have been longer if i didn’t get out to approach the worker. 30% of stalls were occupied and drive thru was not backed up.
