The shallowford road location was horrendous not only did I have to wait in line 25 minutes but I never got my order took or anything I left I could not believe how long I not only waited in the stall but I went through drive-thru which was moving really fast by the way although my stall never got taken care of and I was fed up with it after 25 minutes of waiting then going through the drive-thru line waited at the drive-thru box nobody took my order and so therefore I left.

Yesterday my mom and I ordered two drinks that turned out to be flat and called the store to at least make them aware of the issue. Since we didn't have our receipt we didn't expect anything from the interaction but the employee who spoke to me kindly offered to replace them for free and even took down a name and number and assured me that this would be honored even though we couldn't make it back that same day. Today when trying to get the drinks the employees told us they wouldn't honor what I'd been told and that they could only do half off at best. We were given cherry limeades without cherry or lime, and in total spent around $10 for just two subpar drinks. Incredibly disappointing

PLEASE READ!! If you want to be forgotten at the stall for 40+ minutes waiting on a drink, please visit this location. It would have been longer if i didn’t get out to approach the worker. 30% of stalls were occupied and drive thru was not backed up.

They don't answer the stalls sitting her for over 20 min all it says is we will be with you then don't even have the decency to greet me and say they are not taking orders this ratchet worker has walked out here 3 times hasn't said a thing. There are cars that pulled up after if been sitting here that got their orders and left. I should have known when I saw the 3.6 the nearest sonic with a halfway decent rating is in gerogia this is pathetic

Drinks were great but the staff was NOT paying attention when orders given. On SEVERAL occasions the order had to be repeated several times and corrected when repeated back. It's like they are distracted & has happened on almost ALL occasions.
