Wouldn’t take my order at the stall. Had to go through the drive thru. Couldn’t understand the order taker well and she didn’t understand the coupon I had. Waited a long time… coke spilled all over, order was wrong. Waited for someone to come back to the window to correct the order…she finally brought the correct hot dog without a word to me. Terrible service and mediocre food at its best!

This location never opens as scheduled. I've came here 3 times this week and they weren't open.
i had to repeat my order over the intercom and in person several times and it was still incorrect and all i got were 3 shakes. Id steer clear of this location.

Wow where do I start!!! We did on online order, had to do two separate app orders because you can’t do over 75.00 we had a bunch of hungry kids! My husband had to get out of car and go to different stall to get our second order which was small. The big order came out missing drinks and fries. The food we got was cold by time we got missing food.i began reading reviews and it appears this happens frequently. I read in their responses to call 18882578100 to file a complaint. That was a joke!!!! There solution…I’m sorry your $100 dollars worth of food got cold waiting on us to get your order right, let me offer you a free cheeseburger. Sonic doesn’t care if their customers are satisfied, if they did there wouldn’t be multiple complaints for same issue!
