Always closes early, won't make even a drink if you show up anytime near close. You could get there at 15 minutes till close and they won't even make a drink. Sonic on east brianerd is a waste of time. Hire some employees who actually wanna work.

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese toaster and when i got home i noticed there was sausage on it instead of bacon. I drove all the way back to the store and they would not fix it because they “couldn’t find a ticket for a bacon egg and cheese toaster” even though i had the sausage toaster in my hand showing it to her and everything. Then a few weeks ago i had a coupon for a $1 french toast sticks and they charged me the full price. definitely never coming back to this location.

The Food is great and staff was fast. The only problem I have isn't really a problem. The foil over the sauce is so thin it always busts in my bag so I have started requesting they just hand it to me and usually they will!
Went to this location at non peak hours (9 to be exact) and made a simple order. Get it home and I check and 1/2 the order is wrong. Luckily I do t live far so I went back to get it corrected. They did. Get back home and learn that actually my entire order was wrong. I call and they said “it’s new cooks working tonight “ but isn’t manager supposed to supposed to supervise over the “training cook” to make sure the orders are right? Just over all a poor experience and don’t plan on going back.
