We have the displeasure of wanting Sonic for lunch sometimes and have to brave this location for it. While the fries and chicken are decent it appears what I am truly a glutton for is punishment. They are consistently slow as molasses. I work five minutes from the place and get an hour for lunch, and am often left wondering if I’ll have time to eat my food by the time it gets to me! It’s not uncommon to have to ring the red button an extra time or two to remind them you haven’t ordered. And it’s a crapshoot when you get a stall whether the screen or the card reader will work! Can’t say I would recommend this location to anyone - unless I had a grudge.

The food was okay. The service was not the person forgot part of the food. Fortunately, I did not pulled away and noticed, had to wait until it was prepare. Normally they have good service .Parking: It's usually easy to get In-N-Out even with the heavy traffic.

This location is consistent with bad service, rude and condescending workers, cold food and VERY slow service. It took 5 minutes for them to take our order at a stall. While we waited we observed one worker taking a break, one worker chatting with a customer outside for 5 minutes and the workers inside standing around. 25 minutes later we inquired about how much longer our order would take. The worker rudely asked if we even placed an order and what was in it and then he suddenly found it. When they brought it out the mozzarella sticks were the wrong size and the slush was the wrong flavor. We have ordered fromThis location before with the same issues. We will never order from them again!

Zero stars not being an option. God Almighty. 20 to 30 minutes for a damn order? And every time. Not to mention I've heard numerous people getting food poisoning from this location. This place is Hell on Earth. After waiting 26 minutes, got home and they left part of my order out. Charged for it of course then argued with me that THE MANAGER put it in the bag. Yeah I drove back for nothing. Damn please North Korea drop that nuke right here.
Ordered food and had issue paying with gift card at kiosk. I asked a worker about my issue, he shrugged his shoulders and told me “they will figure it out in a minute” watched him enter the sonic and sit on a chair and get on his phone.. absolutely unacceptable.

The food's ok when you finally get it. Slowest service I've ever seen. How can you call it fast food when I've been waiting at the window for over 20 minutes for my order and I'll order was a footlong Coney. And they are always out of all the sides and they make our burgers or chicken sandwiches wrong every time I mean literally me and my wife counted four out of the past five times our orders were made wrong.

While the food/drink can be good (if you receive the right order), you might not ever get it! it is beyond slow 24/7, people being lined up or not. I’m not sure what is it about this location but it’s been going down hill for quite some time now and I keep giving chances, and keep getting let down. Some definite improvements are needed here!!! Multiple times I have had to wait 15-30 minutes at the drive thru microphone to even get a response.

I thought the Sonic in ooltewah was bad. I think Sonic as a company has succumbed to the “we don’t care how bad and slow our service is, people will still come”. What a disaster they have become. They are about a step away from being Popeyes, a company that should have to dissolve for how bad of an operation they
