Is the person that replies to these comments have a brain injury or something? I’ve seen several one-Star reviews that the reply is thanking them for saying how great the place was, and even one 5 star review that’s praising this place and the reply is telling them they’re sorry for not living up to standards.Either way it’s been a while since I’ve visited because last time I did was about an hour before closing. I went to the drive thru and waited, then waited some more for someone to ask for my order. The lights were off in the parking lot but I knew their schedule and knew they should be open. Nonetheless I was never asked for my order. Drove around to leave and as I did I peeked into the window. There, huddled back in the corner were two stupid looking kids with dumb grins on their faces because they must have been too lazy to do their job and thought they were fooling someone.Called management the next day and asked what would make them close up early and they were completely shocked that this happened. To their credit he also told me the next order was free and to come back that night. I never did because if someone is useless enough to hide from making a hamburger then they’d likely be crappy enough to do something to my food.When I did drive by that next night the place was lit up like Christmas!I do want to make it clear that it has been a while and with management, as well as workers, usually turnover is outrageous and I’m willing to bet there’s not a single person still there that was when this happened.

I placed an order for someone. They wanted “WELL DONE” specifically.As I placed the order I asked, “what is well done”, just to ensure the mic attendant heard me ask I know what its like work in fast food. Question was never answered and rushed to tell me “NOT TO WORRY, OUR FOOD IS COOKED ALL THE WAY”I apologize if you do not like answering questions but I took backlash and after returned home and I had to get another burger from a different place.This is Not “Burger King”You will not have it your way!!

This Sonic is my go to place for when I want some chili cheese tots. The only issue they have looks like is staffing. I went by around 9:45 am on a Sunday and the guy who was running the drive thru also was car hopping as well. This guy was doing great so no knock on him or the staff that was working. Hopefully they will be able to hire more people.

I came in around 840 and ordered 3 slushies and one root beer float. After 20 minutes of waiting I asked where my order was, and was told I’ll be right out . The carhop associate then brought my Order and my root beer float had melted and was messy. Had wrong drinks and I asked for it to be corrected , and they brought me the right drink. However didn’t replace my root beer float, and processed a refund. Which I was honestly just wanting another root beer float re-made. , the associate made me feel like it was my fault that my order was incorrect.

Everything about my order was terrible. The cheeseburger was burnt. Chicken sandwich was very old and dry. The tots were overcooked/ re-cooked. The cheese on them didn't even melt. They didn't have strawberry shakes. But the only thing I complained about at the window was how cold the fries were. The drive through worker reached his hand out to my car and asked for the fries back. I had been putting my hands all over them feeling fries that were colder than my hands. He took the fries back to the fryer and heated them back up. He brought them back and handed them to me in the same container. I questioned him taking contaminated food to the kitchen. But an argument would be a lost cause. I wouldn't have left there satisfied no matter what after that. This is the sonic by Hamill road. 6-8-23 at 9pm. And to top it off she told me at the drive in that only the drive through was open. I would have to get my food there and then drive around to park and eat. One of the girls had 4 feet of hair just whipping it around on every thing. THE WORST FAST FOOD I'VE EVER HAD!!!?????☠️☠️☠️☠️☠️
