Food is absolutely great however THEY ARE NEVER OPEN ON THERE OPEN DAYS AND PHONE GOES DIRECTLY TO VOICEMAIL. I have tried eating there 4 days in a row now .

Awesome food, but please turn down the volume on your music playing... I didn't mind it, but husband has mild hearing loss and couldn't hear me when I was talking to him...

This was my first experience at this restaurant. Being a native New Orleanian we take our food seriously. I’ve been meaning to try for a very long time, and I finally made the effort to come over. The wait was not that long however, the food was worth the wait. Everything was cooked to perfection the chicken and dressing was delicious. The macaroni and cheese was made from scratch, and the cabbage was seasoned, they both could use a little salt, but it was good and tasty. I am one satisfied customer and I will definitely be returning.

Went into this place to get something to eat. I was right in front of the order sign.. I was ignored no one asked if my order has been taken or if I had been helped.. also noticed orders was backed up with just a hand full of people that placed orders.. I will never come to this establishment again and I would advise others not to either! ??

The cashier / waitress took orders and wasn’t familiar with her own handwriting as well as forgetting to put customers orders in properly. Then later want to make it right by giving one customer a slice of cake and me, a Coke for the inconvenience but no we will put your order in immediately. I know we are human and make mistakes but it’s the way you try to make it up was basically an insult. Three thumbs down

The chicken wings were good. The sides were not good. ( turnips and yams )

The food is good but they don't give you enough of it. You don't get your money's worth at this restaurant.

Went here on Father’s Day for my husband and FIL. Ordered smoked oxtails and meatloaf. It was so hot that it was stifling. No air. Also, for $48 the portion sizes were a kiddie size. Per them, the food was just ok. Probably won’t return.

My wife n I tried this place today for the first time. This place is delicious and definitely a must have if your in the area. Will be going back to try everything they have. I got the catfish, Mac n cheese and okra. So dang good. My wife got porkchops, potato salad and greens. And we shared the banana pudding. Everything was a 10 out of 10

Wonderful food and service, food was hot and fresh, not many places cook like this any more, and even if your full you have to try the banana pudding. We will definitely be back.
