I absolutely loved this place. It was really big inside and they had lots of seating. They had so many amazing items on their menu & EVERYTHING was plant based! The food was also delish. I wish this place was in FL. I hope to come back again!

I saw that this restaurant had great reviews and was a good vegan option in the area. I did plenty of research before actually going to the establishment, I looked them up on Instagram and I also looked their menu up to decide what I wanted before I got there. On Instagram and on line they present themselves as a cute upbeat establishment with immaculate vibes and good food and drinks. When I actually went, it was another story. I was very disappointed in the drink that I bought for $13!! And the establishment itself looked dirty, dull, and did not look anything like the filters on Instagram made them look. If you are into vegan food and drinks you may still like it, but don't go here if you're going to the restaurant for vegan food AND cute aesthetics. I would ask that you all learn how to take care of a plant lol. In the picture you will see a "tennessee heat", It was good, but I usually like my drinks to be refreshing not spicy. They didn't have a menu that I could look at, the cashier told me everything they had and it was a big let down considering how they present themselves online.

There are quite a few locations that feature a delightful breakfast or brunch downtown in our scenic city. Most of them are small and all of them have a difficult time keeping the wait time down for hungry customers on weekends. There really are very few quality solutions to this dilemma. We found one! Drive a few minutes north from downtown Chattanooga to Southern Squeeze. Just two miles beyond the north shore of the Tennessee River you will find a wonderful enclave of trendy boutiques and service providers. Southern Squeeze provides a healthy and inspirational breakfast in a clean environment with an outdoor alternative. The menu is packed with breakfast bowls, waffles, smoothies, teas and coffees that appeal to the eye as much as the pallet. The staff are helpful in that they look like they are fully committed to nutrition and beauty. Our selections were both from the breakfast and lunch menus because there were so many tempting options. We enjoyed our visit and meal. We will go directly to Southern Squeeze when in Chattanooga again.

I really don't recommend this restaurant. It is over priced and is not very good. The service also subpar at best. If you want good vegan food go to cashew don't waist your time here.

I have been here a couple of times and every time I am impressed by the selection of yummy vegetarian bowls that rotate seasonally. I also love their coffee, teas and smoothies to pair with your meal!

Our meals were very good - our party of 5 all enjoyed their meals, but the desserts were actually quite awful. They looked amazing but were completely tasteless. I make far better gluten free dairy free desserts at home. With the first dessert we thought they'd accidentally left out some ingredients, but the other dessert we shared was just as awful. One person couldn't even swallow it and had to spit it out. Do they even taste test what they make? Seriously Southern Squeeze, you need some better dessert recipes.

I really like this place. It has a cool outdoor area ,really friendly and kind staff and a delicious well thought and intentional menu Everything I have have eaten here was more than delicious, beautiful fresh and nutritious . Y'all eat healthy now.

So I love this place and their food! Always had the nicest employees. Was there with my children and one of the employees had on a bralette with her midriff showing serving food. She repeatedly rubbed her midriff, played with her phone, was rubbing all over another girl in the corner every opportunity she had in between serving customers. Is there not some health code against this? If your preteen notices and feels this is unsanitary, then perhaps it's time to enforce a dress code and reinforce good sanitary practices. Thankful we saw who prepared our food and that someone else actually brought it to the table. Disappointed.
