We found Southern Star when traveling through Chattanooga. It was perfect since we were looking for a spot where the family could eat a vegetable. Great food, great service, and the restaurant was very clean. We will definitely make sure to come back if we are in the area again.

Wow! This is great food at a great price. The staff is very friendly and helpful. I would come a couple of days a week if I lived in the area. They had gluten free food and dessert offerings. The GF peanut butter pie was so delicious. I highly recommend you come!

Perfect taste of the South for us tourists! Popping place, felt like full of locals, most everyone with the sweet tea :) With the plate by the pound method, I wish I could self-serve the salads too
