Visited on a weekday evening. Most of the staff I intereracted with (host and bartenders) were incredibly rude. Bartender had a bad attitude the whole night and overcharged for drinks. She wouldn't let anyone order the specials that were on the menu for the day either. The only one that was remotely nice was the young gentleman cleaning at the end of the night. The food was obviously just frozen slop reheated (all soggy and bland fried foods). One of the people with me got food poisoning from the banana pudding too. Finally, the facility was in very poor shape. The bowling alley was constantly breaking down, building had several broken hand rails, and the technology was falling apart. I had fun bowling when it was working which is why I gave an extra star. Won't be back though; the frat boys can keep it.

Super fun time! Great food and lots of stuff to do. Great date or family night atmosphere. Everything from darts to bowling.
Cool place for sure, and good entertainment options but really poor service. I'm revising this a couple years later. We came back in. The service is even worse. You cannot chase a server down to get any any service in here. I truly hate to bother a paid employee who is here to make our experience better when they are knee deep in social media. The picture is our table 30 minutes after arrival. Not even a water.
