Place was nice but group next to us had no bowling ethics and adults just let kids take our balls even after saying something.
The arcade was nice. Laser tag was great, and the claw machines were actually not rigged! Good times.
A little expensive, but I suppose everything is nowadays.
Staff was SUPER friendly and the arcade games have a huge variety and are all super fun, some of them are very rage-bait style but that makes it more fun!
This place changed my mind on bowling allies. It was one of the nicest ones I've been to. The staff was very helpful and super friendly and the food was really good, which honestly surprised me because.....well it's a bowling alley lol. I'll definitely be coming back here with friends.

Had to go edit my review. Me and my boys come here on the regular. We do the kids bowl free summers and have been for past 8yrs. My job is also a huge supporter of this company and its always a great time. I had my granddaughters 2nd birthday here.Today we were not met with the friendliness of the normal staff. Instead we were skipped over and disrespected by Boston. After I addressed it he said he already had a guest waiting. This is understandable if you would have addressed us and said give me a minute while I assist this gentleman who I was helping already. I'm big on reviews and customer service. This was not a friendly experience today. So my 5 star review is now a 3. I started to put a 1.

Had so much fun,on a little getaway from Illinois everyone was so friendly.
They got that worst customer service ever by the bowling game their is guy with a glasses he is bad customer service and he is not a good person idk why i think this happen to us wnd dealt eith us very bad we are group of 30 people by 10/18/2025 at 5:15pm today

This weekend was my birthday!! This place made me feel extremely special and seen. My multiple families wished me a happy birthday and the staff was extremely extraordinary!! Great place and security was very nice.
Great place to host a group. We held a 6 year old birthday party in the arcade. They allowed us to bring our own cake and snacks. The kids had fun and we didn’t have to do much work at all. Worth every penny.
