Had a fantastic birthday party for my kid here. The GM was very accommodating and I would recommend coming here for any social event you’re planning.

Friendly staff along with good food & drink prices. The business seems to be up to date on cleanliness and appearance

Remember their sale for 50% off is just for arcade games

Absolutely terrible experience for my daughters Birthday Party. They did nothing to try and fix it. Hostess ignores the party could not be found for first hour, then after showing up for 30 minutes kept rushing us to be done and get out (though we bought for 2 hours) because she had another party. All the parents were shocked at the terrible service and lack of adults working (all kids).

This was fun but kind of expensive rent the lane for an hour that just cost a lot

Educational lesson: Bowling league starts at 6 and they take over EVERY LANE and leave their equipment all over the walkway between the arcade and the entrance. Was hoping to take the family bowling an was told it would be a 45 minute wait due to the league. We arrived at 5:45 and the place was near empty with only 4 lanes in use. An hour later no lanes were available and still folks were showing up and getting lanes when we left at 7. Only good thing was the arcade manager was really nice and helpful when we had issues with a machine. Highly disappointed with how they handle this. Atleast provide an area for families to enjoy themselves too.

Absolutely horrible experience. The bowling lane kept breaking down. Our second game, one person wanted to drop out, but they still put 4 players instead of just 3. Reluctantly, my son bowled even though he was feeling sick. Which made it to where we couldn't finish our game and they couldn't fix that either. We had to ask for stuff to be fixed about a dozen times. The only time we even saw the waitress is when we ordered our food and when they dropped off our drinks. Someone else brought us our food, and we had to get our own drinks after that. The food was ok but overpriced for the quality and quality. We decided we would rather drive 2 and a half hours to go to Gatlinburg area to bowl then drive the hour to come here again. We were all very disappointed. The only thing I can say was the dinosaur thing to help the kids bowl was nice.

I rented the VIP Suite to host my birthday party. The suite space is massive and can accommodate a midsized party. I enjoyed the amenities. The price to extend by hour wasn’t reasonable. The catered food was tasty and perfectly displayed. The bar offered a good variety. There were minor issues that would prevent me from booking this location in the future:•there wasn’t a sign displayed to guide guests to the suite area. Even when inquiring about signage, I received no updates.•There was a miscommunication regarding use of personal devices to play music. I was able to use their kiosk to play the music I wanted to hear. Prior to my music choice, the music volume was high. Once I played the music I wanted to hear, the volume was lowered drastically. This came off as discriminatory. The music on their kiosk is the clean version of songs. I’m unsure why this occurred.•Once the party ended, guests stayed to converse for about 10 minutes. We overheard the server telling the manager we wouldn’t leave. It wasn’t communicated that we had to leave immediately once the party ended, otherwise we would have. It’s pretty standard for people to say their goodbyes shortly after a party ends.Outside of the issues above, we enjoyed the facility.
