Today I got the worse experience from a gas station. I have been a cashier before and I do know the procedures for returns and the cashier after I returned to the store and telling him I want to change a salad for a sandwich instead he said ( I can’t do returns and even my manager told us not to take anything back just because a customer changed their mind, must be because the item is damaged only). I ended leaving the salad I just paid and for sure would never return to this gas Station that I used for years. Management please train your cashier is better plus leave more 1 cashier for the whole store.

Came in to get something to eat from the cafe and Bre was very attentive, she offered fresh pizza for the pass through( ended up getting a sub) and my sub was delicious.

I just left this establishment the customer service was fast and friendly and I came to get gas as well as a pizza for my teenagers before they went to work the pizza was delicious and bri was absolutely amazing in the cafe.. she made she I had everything I needed for my boys... She deserves a raise... Thank you speedway for having fast and friendly and effective service

Beware customers! Shallowford Rd Speedway is posting 279 for gas minus 5 cents- pumps reflect 300 and 325 per gallon - mgr Beth not too concerned! Calling corporate!

Staff is friendly and personable, usually has what I want. Only negative thing to say is fountain drinks/slushies basically never work so be prepared to get a bottle instead

The guy I just encountered isn’t quite the brightest and needs some more training. He tried to tell me there’s no way to check my fuel card balance. That there was no option on his side of the computer and claims he has an engineering degree ? how laughable is that considering he’s working at speedway? That’s besides the fact. As a former employee to Speedway LLC there is in fact a way for card balances to be printed for speedway gift cards & fuel cards. Someone needs to show him so he knows what he’s doing. Not to mention he wasn’t asking for I.D. from the people in front of me when buying tobacco which is illegal! Where are the secret shoppers when you need them because he needs to be hit with a red card???

The cafe is supposed to be open at 5:00 am and every morning I come here breakfast is never open at 5am I also have to wait 20 to 30 minutes for breakfast warps and the cook is always rude when I ask what time will they be open she said itll be open when it is or I don't even know when itll be open every single morning. I'm very disappointed In the servers but the food is good.
