Waited over 10 minutes for my vanilla bean Frappuccino, at the drive thru. No apology necessary, thank you… nothing. Can’t even drank it. It’s mostly fine ice.

The staff are friendly and will inquire about your day if they are waiting for your order and there is not a line. I've always had great interactions and consistently good drinks and food at this Starbucks! I use the drive thru option here as parking can be difficult at times.

Whoever worked the drive-thru on 12/28 at 2:30pm is extremely rude/unpleasant. She can’t say a single word and gives miserable facial expressions. I don’t need you to roll your eyes because I’m ordering .. thanks. Next time I’ll go to the Starbucks’s at food city!

This is my favorite Starbucks in town. The manager there is amazing, she knows to pick her employees because they are also as well! My hot cocoa is always great and cheese danish always delicious.
Starbucks has friendly service and coffee quality mastered. the staff are always friendly and great to deal with. The store is always clean neat and welcoming and you order is always correct. Sometimes you have to wait a little because so many people flock there but it is worth the wait.
