As a healthcare professional that works in the ER, I typically need a little pep in my step. This location always serves up coffee with a smile, great conversation, and provides that little energy boost before every shift of mine. I cannot praise this team enough! Thank you for all that you guys do!
They’re usually prompt and accurate, except for one specific drink that I get. I order the caramel ribbon crunch creme frap made with oat milk and extra crunch topping, and they almost always take it open themselves to remove all the whipped cream from the drink. I appreciated them trying to be considerate, but if I didn’t want whipped cream, I would note that on the order. Please just put my whipped cream on my drink, I’m frustrated and just want it to be made correctly.
