This is by far the best Starbucks in Chattanooga. I've really noticed over the past 2 months that the vibe has become more welcoming, and the staff is unmatched in terms of friendliness, speed, and coffee-making competence. If you work remotely or need to study/read, it's also just a chill place to hang out. Highly recommend.

These lovely people are always so incredibly kind! My drinks are always perfect. Honestly even if they weren't id still go there based off the attitudes of the employees. I sincerely hope the upper management team sees and recognizes the hard work and enthusiasm at this location

Paige served took care of us, and it was so enjoyable. She asked genuine questions and it felt like she cares and truly enjoys her work. Thatās a good indication of the working atmosphere and management. There was a product outage, but the visit was already so enjoyable that this hiccup didnāt change our level of satisfaction. Glad we dropped in today, and we plan on patronizing this location again in the near future. Thank you!

I went through the drive through and ordered a cafe vanilla frappe. The worker repeated the order back to me several times and still gave me wrong order. Not to mention the wait was incredibly long and I didnāt want to wait any longer than I already had just to get my order correct.

Iāve been to many different Starbucks from Colorado to Florida . This one , is by far the best. The customer service is absolutely outstanding. Iāve NEVER had a bad experience at this location, and Iāll admit I even came at the when I was in a horrible mood & they just became even nicer. Will always have so much respect for these employees here ! Thank you for waking up way before I do & making my perfect coffee every morning!
