Why does this Starbucks not take Starbucks gift cards? My kids were just refused service because of this! Very strange !!!!!!!! Very disappointing for the kids!

Cashier very rude yelled at my daughter telling her she couldn't hear her on top of this it was my daughters birthday...but the cashier was just on her phone the entire time and she said she didn't have a scanner to scan any coupons ... didn't end up buying anything ...service after covid just ain't it ....

Terrible customer service, the cashier was being so rude to us when we were just trying to inform him about a roach in his glass window! We were going to get ice cream for my birthday but not anymore! He was rude and told us to leave when we told him about the roach then after we left took a double take to kill the roach as we were leaving.

The poor employee was working the cafe all by himself, but he was a brilliant worker!He made drinks and took orders like a pro without missing a beat, all the while staying calm, quick, and so polite.Unfortunately I didn't get his name (he was working August 4th around 5pm), but he seriously deserves some praise and even a raise!Thank you for the amazing cinnamon latte!
