Coffee was great but cashier was very off and way too quiet. I ordered the iced brown sugar shaken espresso but when I got it it was not shook.

The 2 girls working were super slow. They seemed to be having a great time, tho, talking, laughing, playing. Thought this would be faster than driving in the opposite direction to a different coffee house but next time, I will walk barefoot, in the snow, uphill both ways to a different place and it would still be faster.

Never had problem til today I got the LG hazelnuts espresso iced and it look like it had clumps in it and the young lady that made it shook it so hard that it had to much foam on it and she had to dig it out by spoon I never had a problem here but today I did I know u don't want to work but plz at least make sure drinks are rite if u don't want to do this kind of work then find something else but I pay good money for my drinks and I expect it to be rite

Because I get my drink a certain way and they put no effort into it I've asked him to please do my drink as I asked it because I'm paying $7 for one drink the young teenage employees reported to the manager that I was talking in Blacksent and made a report saying that I had made racist comments and also said that I made inappropriate comments I have biracial children I am far from racist every time I went into the store no matter how nice I was they would report to her and I would always speak to them with respect even apologized many times the manager kick me out of that Starbucks and tell me to find another one the most unprofessional Starbucks I have ever encountered

Ada is absolutely incredible. She’s so nice and our drinks were perfect. I wish I lived closer so this could be my daily location. 10/10 would come back and recommend this location.

I wish they had a no star button. The ladies at this starbucks located inside of the food city in eastridge are horrible. They're most definitely young and lack management. The mixed African American young lady is drama and food city management has had to speak to her several times regarding her behavior. She doesn't need to represent a great company of this nature.
