Businesses cannot claim to close at a certain time, if they already shut down services before the closing time. What I mean is, if you say you close at 5 o’clock, then all of your services should be made available until 5 o’clock. Unless otherwise notated somewhere readily available for the public to read.

Service was subpar. After giving my order to the wrong person the kids had attitude to me for asking for my order to be made again.

Not the best training probably on customer etiquette as previous times I’ve been here have been great.

Super long wait times.

After remaking my drink, it was made wrong again and I had to wait even longer: probably 30+ minutes to get my one tall drink.

Again - previous experiences were good

Never to cold for a vente and banter over the newest in getting one's fix; during breaks, the styles of seating sets it off.

It's a good atmosphere and an essential location, but when I ordered a Frappuccino, they gave it to me with a giant chunk of ice in it. Definitely not worth the long wait line.

I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but I get the appeal of Starbucks as a café and as a place to hang out with friends and study for classes. I really like this one in particular for that purpose because it has plenty of space inside for customers to sit down and relax over coffee or one of their other offerings. This Starbucks location also offers a wide variety of breakfast options and pastries, though they're often in limited supply. Either way, if you're a student, you can come and visit and even use your meal plan to pay for your coffee! Definitely worth a try.

I would only recommend this for students. It's hard to access. There is almost always a line. Hours are inconsistent and not ideal. Currently, of course, there is no inside seating, only outside. The baristas are typically really nice and the coffee is reliable Starbucks.
