This Starbucks is truly a bright light in a dark place. You would never think that a hospital coffee shop can alter your experience, but the baristas Erin & Katie made me feel heard and understood after sitting in the ER all night with my father. I'll admit I walked up frazzled and unprepared to order, stressed about holding up the line. These two told me not to worry and spent several minutes helping me find a drink I may enjoy--even told me if I ended up not liking...
Katie is the absolute best! She literally made my daughter feel better after her appointment both times we came here. She’s an amazing barista, and has the absolute best attitude. If I could give 11/10 I would. Thank you becoming a familiar face.
I work in the hospital and go to Starbucks almost every day. The staff has gotten so much better at being friendly an efficient. Most know my order and have it written on the cup before I even get to the register. The staff is all very friendly and will never let you leave without a smile on your face! Very happy to see such positive changes in the last year.
