Not sure if Kaylie is having a bad day but she’s at the register inside and had such a bad attitude. Rolled her eyes at us. She spoke so low when my friend asked for the code for the restroom, he asked her to repeat it since he couldn’t hear her, and she rolled her eyes at him. She seemed annoyed to be here. I know it’s early (almost 9am) and maybe she’s not a morning person, but she could just quit if she hates her job and dealing with customers so much.

I don't go very often anymore, but it was delicious! I had an iced white chocolate latte and a cranberry bliss bar. Those arethe bomb!

This location has good customer service & food/beverages. Only room for improvement is there needs to be more of an emphasis on LOBBY CLEANLINESS. Cleaning crumbs off of empty tables and seats isn’t ideal.

I HATE THIS STARBUCKS ! The parking lot is so compacted ! The line goes everywhere don’t even know where the drive thru starts , YALL TAKE FOREVER ! The customers are like some type of starbucks cult warriors they are so entitled it’s just a mess , BACK TO DUNKIN I GO !!!

I wouldn’t say they are the best nor the worse. They do be taking a long time usually. Also tall man with glasses sometimes rude at the speaker.

ANDREW was awesome! I made a lil mistake with my order and he was so quick to fix it and have us pull forward as he did! We didn’t talk much but I very much so appreciate his thoroughness to help and take care of us especially since this is my go-to location! Thank you Andrew (:
