This location has good customer service & food/beverages. Only room for improvement is there needs to be more of an emphasis on LOBBY CLEANLINESS. Cleaning crumbs off of empty tables and seats isn’t ideal.

I HATE THIS STARBUCKS ! The parking lot is so compacted ! The line goes everywhere don’t even know where the drive thru starts , YALL TAKE FOREVER ! The customers are like some type of starbucks cult warriors they are so entitled it’s just a mess , BACK TO DUNKIN I GO !!!

Went there to place an order at the drive through today around 10:30. The person taking my order talked over me and cut me off while ordering. So Rude that I did not complete my order. Instead I spent my money elsewhere.
The store was great!! I ordered on my app and picked up in the drive through. My drink was perfect and the egg bites were delicious and hot. The service was great and the employees were friendly. The store was clean. Thanks!!
I’ve visited this store countless times, but here in the last year the quality of customer service has declined tremendously. My last 3 visits in particular have been disappointing to the point of contacting Starbucks customer service. I’ve had to have my drinks remade every time and have come into the store inquiring about the quality of drinks. That’s time consuming when you’re driving through and also embarrassing to come in asking for a remake in front of staff you know are going to be upset about it…therefore receiving another beverage that’s incorrect. Please, please try to do better by the customer and their experience. Sometimes these drinks are a make or break it for the customers day…
