Ordered a dark roast. As I was putting the cup in my cup holder the lid popped off and hot coffee sloshed out. Initially, I thought the Starbucks employee didn't put the lid on tight so I pressed down firmly on the lid. However, when I got home and tried to pick up the cup the lid popped off again and sloshed hot coffee all over me and my car. So, it wasn't the employee's fault, it is the flimsy cup and/or the lid is not locking on firmly. Fortunately, I was wearing somewhat thick pants and I wasn't burnt but it made a huge mess in my car, which now has the scent of old coffee. You've lost my business but you may want to correct this problem before someone gets seriously burned.

The most inconsistent Starbucks Iāve been to. Iāve ordered the same thing a few days in a row, and they taste like completely different drinks each time. Asked for cream in my iced coffee and they filled HALF of the venti cup with heavy cream. So ridiculous and a waste of money to get coffee here. I wish they trained better because the location is nice.

I ordered an iced blonde espresso and it tasted good but there was barely any, even though I ordered a medium. The cup came 80% full of ice. Not worth the money I payed for.
