I didn’t order anything, but I did go in looking for a limited edition Hello Kitty stainless steel cup for my boss (she REALLY wants it lol). Upon walking in, I didn’t see it on their display shelf. Because this was the 4th Starbucks I’d been to today looking for this cup, I went up to the counter to ask if they had any left that weren’t on the shelf. Initially, someone said if it’s not up they wouldn’t have it (which I totally understand!), but then a very kind man named Jay said they actually still had a ton of boxes out back and that he’d go out and look for me. He took around 7 minutes to go back and look through those boxes, and even though he confirmed they were in fact out, it was so touching that he’d go through the effort of going to double check. He even recommended two other Starbucks locations that are nearby for me to check. Thank you Jay for your kindness!!

Decided to stop by Starbucks on 9/25/25 before a late-night study session. The service received was poor and rushed. I stopped by this location around 8pm and you would think they were closing in 2 minutes the way I was rushed while taking my order and while paying. When I pulled up to the window I was not greeted. I sat and watched the barista talk and play with either another peer or a customer. To reference it was not busy, and I was the only customer being served. After about 4-5 mins she came to the window to take my payment. She pulled the cord of the payment terminal as I was taking out my card, not giving me a respectable moment to hand it back to her. I have never received service like this from Starbucks but will not be returning. Overall, the customer service was horrible, and I also work in customer service.
