I rarely purchase anymore from franchise coffee establishments. Today confirmed my choice to continue not to. While window service was prompt and courteous, the Venti Chai Tea Latte (warm) left a lot to be desired. Essentially it is lightly flavored hot /warm water.

Someone took my mobile order instead of immediately making my drink they made 3 hot coffees and I am now extremely late for work.

Crazy busy. Came in and told it was 30+ minute wait. All I wanted was a black drip coffee that the cashier that was just turning people away could have easily turned around and hit the button. But, told I would need to wait the same 30+ minutes.
