Easily one of the best stores in the Chattanooga area. The only reason I gave it 4 stars is that the bathroom door is always broken which makes going to the bathroom a little uncomfortable if someone is already occupying it ?. Disregarding that, I love the staff, and it’s one of the main Starbucks I go to!

This is definitely one of my favorite Starbucks locations in the area, and the large sit-down area is a huge plus for anyone who wants a calm place to sit down and work or chat with friends. It's open a lot later than most of the coffee shops in town, and that's definitely what keeps me coming back. Often, this is the only place where you can get a caffeine pick-me-up after working the closing shift at your retail job. All the staff are very friendly and helpful, even at peak hours. Even with its large size, it can still be hard to find a place to sit at times, especially when outdoor seating is not available. Groups often host meetings at this location, including everything from late-night bible study to business meetings to your traditional meet-cute... which is great and all until you're the one looking for a place to sit ?The coffee is great even for Starbucks' usually bold roast, and this location often has a lot of items available and stocked. Mobile ordering is also reliably fast and convenient, which is a plus when I'm running late for work.Parking: While this location has plenty of parking most of the time, be warned that the spaces closest to the entrance can often get blocked by the drive-thru line. I've definitely been trapped a few times waiting on someone in the drive-thru line to let me out. At worst, there's not even enough room to exit the line if you inadvertently get stuck between two cars.

Starbucks is the same everywhere, right? Not really. The menu might be the same, but the team at the location on Hamilton Place Blvd. sets this one apart. Fast service, consistent quality, friendly staff that helps me navigate new choices (what is Oleato?) and sometimes pick out new beans to feed my grinder at home. The larger layout of this one and the fireplace-equipped patio do a lot for the atmosphere, even if I don't have time to stay to enjoy it long, or often.Dietary restrictions: Very disappointed in Starbuck's complete lack of gluten-free food and the elimination of all but one solitary sugar-free syrup. Just as grateful for this location's staff willing to help me overcome these limitations and find solutions, all the while seeming glad to do so; this team sets the bar.
We went through the drive-through and the person taking the order was very sweet and detailed. I liked how she took care of the smallest detail, she passed my husband sugar from the window making sure she didn’t drop the packages. Loved her brightly color pink hair, matched her sweet personality.
