There's no point in mobile ordering ahead to try to avoid a wait in the store because Dustin and friends are too busy blabbing to each other to make your order. So much so that when i came into the store, I had wave at them to get their attention so that they could then begin making my order after two other employees Looked at me and didn't say a word...outrageous prices, crappy service...

I asked for a cup of ice and they said they would not be able to give it to me without a purchase. I come to this Starbucks and brainerd and camp Jordan for them to tell me I can’t get Ice. That makes no sense. I’m done with starbucks I’ll support a small business rather than a chain corporation who is greedy about ice.

I went into Starbucks around 7 AM this morning and came out to find my car dead and not starting. Laura, a staff member, quickly stepped in to help and got my car started so I could make it to an auto parts store and replace the battery — all while she was super busy with the drive-thru. I can’t thank her enough. It just goes to show that the employees here truly care about their customers. Thank you again, Laura! :-)
