When I arrived to pick up 2 drinks ordered on the app, there were 4 employees behind the counter. Two customers came in behind me. There was only 1 employee working (making drinks). The other 3 were near her hanging out talking, doing nothing, not greeting us or trying to make our drinks.. I waited at least 5 minutes. I was there on 2/24/24 around 5:15pm.

Although all the Starbucks I've been to here in the Chattanooga area are great, this one has to be my favorite. I have become a regular as it is on my way to work, and some have even come to know me by name. The times I have just come to hang out it has always been peaceful, and the service has been quick. Even if it weren't on my way to work, I would still frequent this location!

I try to avoid Starbucks but they were only coffee shop open at 5:30 am.Service, staff was terrific! No complaints abut this one!
