I woke and decided i wanted starbucks im a big fan of starbucks if my day is bad i treat my self to starbucks so i went and picked up a friends and we both got a caramel ribbon crunch, Frappuccino, when we got our drinks it didn’t look pleasant it was all messy and had caramel and whip cream going down the side the cup, it didn’t have the crunch, we didn’t want to judge it before tasting it so we tasted it and it was disgusting no sugar no flavor just straight up espresso there was nothing it was so bad i couldn’t drink it i couldn’t even force my self to drink it so i wasted 26$ on two coffees that wasn’t even good.

little skinny dude refused to serve me because of my service dog. i understand if i had to come behind the counter or something with my dog but he wouldn't even allow me to order simply bc of my service pup. absolutely disgusting behavior.

Every employee I’ve encountered has a bad attitude. My drink order is wrong regularly. Anytime I say thank you, I don’t get any kind of acknowledgment from staff. Super rude and unprofessional.

Made the wrong drink told they would remake but when I got to go back refused to make it they never told me I can to come back by the next day because I do not live in that area. If you want a really good Starbucks to go to and also shop go to Red Bank Food City the Starbucks there is wonderful 😊

Ruined my morning, these kids really are incompetent. Charged me for what I ordered and I get to work to find out it isn't what I ordered, also was the only person there so not like it was a rush. Needless to say won't be using this location again, the hwy 153 and Berean ln location definitely is where to go. Oh and if this happens to you and a Maddison tells you to come in the next day for a replacement, don't do it, call customer service because it seems like she's not following company policies at all.
Service was amazing as usual. I had the pineapple passion fruit lemonade and added Mango dragon fruit to it. One of my favorite drinks so far.
