Jilly , at Starbucks is amazing! She always greets me with the biggest smile and somehow remembers my order every time. Her energy makes my morning coffee run something to look forward to. Give that girl a raise — she’s a gem!!

I’m so disappointed. Every time I order a white peppermint mocha I seem to always get a peppermint mocha without the white chocolate. It happened yesterday again. I was running a store around the corner, and had someone pick the drink up for me and I could not return it because I was working at the store alone. I couldn’t leave. I will never order this online again. Only in person to taste it before I leave the store. Bummer because it’s my favorite drink.😞

The smiling faces, sweet attitudes, great drinks, welcoming space, dog friendly, and relaxing atmosphere are just a few of the things I love about this Starbucks. These are locals serving the community with a smile. Jill gives me ideas about where to visit, great hiking places, and always a kind word. Great place to pop in or stay for a while!

a lot of the BARISTAS here are super sweet, respectful, helpful, and kind! angel is literally an angel and her drink recommendations NEVER miss. i was never a coffee drinker before, but a white mocha brown sugar oat milk shaken espresso A. changed my life and B. cured my depression.

Y'all, I can't say enough good things about Starbucks Northshore! First of all, they're a franchise business, which means they're local. Not exactly what you expected when visiting a Starbucks, am I right? And as such, they treat their customers with the same love and respect as many other small businesses do. Olivia, Jill, McKenna, and the entire team are so personable and dedicated to outstanding customer service. They know all the locals who roll through and have many of our orders memorized by heart. The atmosphere is cute, welcoming, and it's a great spot for remote workers. It's one of my few go-to spots when I need to get out of the house. Not to mention, the drinks are always done well and taste delicious. Needless to say, you should stop in, grab a drink, and get to know this amazing crew!

I love start bucks but the baristas here were beyond rude. I understand if you don’t enjoy your job but at least have compassion and patience if someone makes mistakes while making their order instead of talking about them in front of their faces.

Bruh they jipped us so bad. The drinks was only a quarter way full on both the drinks… they was in the opposite cups as well, and were both completely wrong. My hot tea looked like vomit and back wash in a cup.
