This is hands down the best restaurant we have ever ate at!! Been here three times this week and we are going back tonight to eat one more time before we leave hopefully Julius is working when we get there cause he was the best waiter I have ever had!

If you are looking for an eclectic atmosphere with friendly wait staff, good food, and drinks, this is a place worth trying. The only possible nit I could pick is parking can be difficult to find depending on the time of day. Excellent place for brunch, too.

The name “State of Confusion” is honestly very fitting as we had some trouble finding the host stand because the place was so lively. The food was really good though! My only gripe was that it was a tad bit too loud to where I could hardly hear my wife.

The salad and ceviche was delicious. The alligator bites were good, also the sauce was too lemony for us. The drinks were great (and strong)! The service was fantastic (sorry I can't remember our server's name). The price was reasonable for what we got. The desserts were oh so good and the pecan pie was so good, I had to restrain myself from licking my plate ;)

Great experience start to finish from the appetizers to our entrees to dessert! To be honest, we had made reservations at a different restaurant and changed our minds last minute, and we are so glad we did! It was a bit noisy and boisterous (not unexpected for a Friday evening crowd), but we loved it!
What an excellent restaurant. I had been considering changing the reservation (we are visiting from out of town) because of the ‘description' of the place and it was a long walk from our hotel. But my husband looked at the menu online and got excited (drooled?) over the list of cerviche options....So we walked (it was lovely) and soooo glad we did. We were seated in a great ‘out of the way' table (we brought our small dog) and Our server Coby was adorable and even though the place was packed —- very attentive. I had the stuffed sweet potato (changes to it were “no problem”) and husband had the Cerviche Tower... Everything was A+! Husband also had the chocolate mousse pie, he loved it. What a great find!!!
