I wish I could comment on the food but I have been waiting 35 minutes for my mobile pick up order that said it would be 3-6 minutes and still haven’t received it.
***** Update Finally got the food after 45 minutes - though I had to ask for it again for the third time.
I am sure the food was great when it was cooked but is cold and soggy now.

Food is good but still think it’s bullshit that I order a double cheeseburger and it’s still thinner then a regular cheeseburger at McDonalds. Kinda a ripoff if you ask me . No one like to pay more for less

A Message to the Manager/Owner. Ordered a #9 + an order of Large Fried and a Peanut Butter Reese Milkshake. I got nothing close to what I ordered. I even double-checked to make sure at the microphone that I wanted an order of large fries plus the #9!!!!! They even made my Milkshake into a Vanilla Milkshake and just put Reese's on top of it. I’ve been going to this location for years and never have any problems, but tonight might be the last time I’m going. 07/07/25 9:57pm, hopefully the manager or Owner sees reviews and changes the employee working at the Drive Thru.
I don't know what you changed, I used to have terrible experiences at this restaurant, but the last couple times have been absolutely fantastic! Very friendly service, absolutely delicious food, and changing the fries to cook and beef tallow makes these the best fries I've had in a long long time.

Do not eat here. Their kitchen is disgusting. They served us raw chicken. The man at the window was so sorry, and refunded our order. obviously it wasn't his fault and you could even hear him telling everyone to double check the food. From the drive through window you could see all the food and trash on the floor. They may use beef tallow now but they still dont use real cheese. They use Kraft singles which is cheese product.

I’ve lived in the area all my life, and Steak ‘n Shake has always been good. I’m not sure what has changed, but the burgers are SO amazing recently. It has become one of my favorite spots to eat, and my favorite burger in Chattanooga.
