I order from the drive-thru every week with my kids. I ordered hot dogs with just cheese on them and they had ketchup,mustard,pickle, and cheese on them. In what world does a plain hotdog with cheese on it have ketchup and mustard and pickle. For how expensive this meal was I'm beyond disappointed and will never come back. Please shape up your employees too. They are all rude except the servers that you get with dine-in.

I haven’t sat down for a meal in steak ‘n Shake in many years. The food was delicious the fries cooked in the beef tallow are amazing. The milkshake is one of the best, service was friendly and it was a great value so I definitely recommend it.

The building is dire need of remodel. There is mold on the ceiling, rat droppings along the windows. It was in bad shape. Food was good, but whoever owns this they need to do some updates and fix the thermostat it is broken too.

I wish I could comment on the food but I have been waiting 35 minutes for my mobile pick up order that said it would be 3-6 minutes and still haven’t received it.
***** Update Finally got the food after 45 minutes - though I had to ask for it again for the third time.
I am sure the food was great when it was cooked but is cold and soggy now.
Thanks for missing my fries. Last time going I see why they have 3.9 stars. So disappointed…………
