Service was exceptional. They went out of their way to give us a custom wine tasting flight. Food was very good and reasonably priced. I recommend the charcuterie tray and the burger. I think they do wine and jazz events regularly. I recommend this as well.
Very nice dinner! We were supposed to have the manager come for a special anniversary surprise but didn't, but besides that we had a nice time! Live jazz was great and the food and wine was delicious

We arrived 5 minutes early and were seated promptly. After 15 minutes we were asked by the sommelier if we had been waiting on, which we replied no. After 15 more minutes and waitstaff serving adjacent tables and walking by us multiple times with no one acknowledging us, we left disappointed and frustrated. We will not be back

We had to wait forever for our wine flights. The server barley came to the table. Our food took forever. $48 dollars for an 8oz steak and hardly any sides. I would never go back or recommend.

When I made reservations for the Valentine's "experience" (a pre-arranged multi-course menu), I was concerned that the absurdity of the holiday, as generally observed, would be on full display. I was pleasantly surprised by the feel of effortless luxury. Everything was wonderful--from the food and wine pairings selected by the sommelier who visited our table upon the arrival of each course, to the excellent service.

An overall wonderful experience. The food was top notch. The desert was especially first class. The chocolate dessert's flavor profile was phenomenal, with each element perfectly balanced, which elevated the dining experience. We will definitely recommend it.
came in friday night for wine and jazz! had such a great experience and decided to come again for dinner tonight. Food was fantastic both times- excellent bourbon selection as well. Manager Michaela was very pleasant, attentive, and professional.
We ended up only getting an appetizer and we decided to leave after we tasted it. The “jazz” music was a stand up base, key board and a “drummer” you had to go over to the hotel side to get a drink that wasn't wine and the kitchen was open into the dining room. The whole room smelled like burning meat and it was smoky from the grill. Not quite the date night we had hoped for.

Usually one of my favorites. Friday night jazz was obnoxiously loud. Had to scream to talk to friends & staff. Food was all different than normal and Just average. Baked feta was a plate of bread with a tiny smear of cheese. Nothing like normal. People in our party Waited 45 minutes on drinks more than once.. Eventually just went to the bar ourselves. Only 2 servers on a Friday night. Water glasses never refilled. Dishes not cleared. Over $300 on dinner - wasted.

My girlfriend and I had just gotten engaged, so we decided to eat at The Forge. The staff took wonderful and special care of us. An added bonus was that my jazz professor from college was playing a set with his trio in the restaurant. It was absolutely the perfect experience.
This is a medium quality dining facility in a brand name hotel. Our reaction to appetizer was, "Where's the beef"? Red wine served in a very small glass. Ambiance closer to level of hospital cafeteria. Should have spent the $100 elsewhere.

Went to Forge for Christmas Day dinner which was pre-fixe. Everything was delicious, plenty of friendly servers and the ambience was enjoyable. We will make this another "go to" for special occasions.

Thanksgiving buffet was TERRIBLE. We had a reservation for 6pm service. There were two other tables when we arrived a little early. NOTHING was cleaned in between seatings. The buffet tables were sticky and dripped on. The gravy ladle was sitting in a saucer full of gravy and the ladel handle itself was covered in gravy. How hard is it to change out a saucer? I was alone in the line and there was hardly any turkey - it hadn't been replenished since the last service. Most of the food was dry/room temp and tasteless. The desserts looked store-bought. I filled my belly with the bottomless mimosas and couldn't wait to get out of there. I can't believe I paid so much for such a very bad meal.

Everything was fantastic with the exception of the turkey and the dressing! I believe the turkeys had set out in the warmer too long had gotten rather dry. Also, the dressing was not recognized as anything I've ever had and I've eaten it from several different regions.

Very nice Thanksgiving buffet, the main courses ham, turkey prime rib were all very good. The stuffing was a little dry but the gravey made up for it. Great assortment of desserts and all were delicious.
