Stone Cup has been a community hub since the college years. Under new ownership recently, the food is the best in town, everything cleaner and worlds better. SC also has great views of the park and river!

Very nice location with comfy spots upstairs to sit and relax. Nice mix of drink choices and breakfast options that are better than most coffee houses. Parking on street free before 930am

It's not bad, there's just nothing I see in the place to make me go back.
Service was a bit slow for a couple dudes wanting a cup of coffee only, prices were okay(just coffee hard to really judge further to be fair), staff was not bad not great.
Atmosphere-wise if that matters for anyone, it has none. It has a hipster vibe aka it's old wood floors, some quirky coffee cups, and not much to give the place much personality.

I love the area where Stone Cup is located. The coffee is great. I have found most of the couches and chairs, but overall, the environment and coffee still make up for it.

The coffee didn't taste that great, which was a bummer as I was hoping to like it given how great the atmosphere is. The chai latte was half foam, but it tasted good. There's an area upstairs with beanbags and couches as well as bathrooms (so you don't have to go back downstairs to use the restroom) and the atmosphere was splendid, very cozy and quaint.
The downstairs was equally cozy, but more for working on laptops and such. The live succulents are a nice touch! The outside patio doesn't seem to have shade but looks like a nice place to sit. It even has leashes tied to the railing so you can hook up your dog easily.
I really liked the atmosphere but the coffee wasn't the best. I might try a different drink if I go back!

Stone Cup has been my coffee stop on the North Shore for years, but my experience tonight is the whipping on the frappe! My brother and I were attending Verre Noir's night market and of course needed coffee. We went up to Stone Cup only to sadly see that they were closed. As we were leaving we ran into the owner who graciously opened for use and made us iced coffee. He was extremely nice and shared some stories with us about Stone Cup! So, always drink local coffee especially at Stone Cup!
