I've been here about a dozen times. The coffee is good and atmosphere is cozy, but the staff are not very friendly or engaging (no one I've met so far anyway). They take your order and fill it, but with least possible interaction and barely a smile. Kinda feels like I'm interrupting or putting them out whenever I walk in. Pretty good overall experience. Originally chose it due to the location. It has some very pretty views of the downtown from the north side. Seating available on the first or second floors, or on the balcony. The food and service were okay.
First time here, and I can't wait to bring others. Everyone was sweet and patient while I was trying to decide what I wanted. I got the egg and cheese on an Asiago bagel and a butter scotch latte. It was delicious.
