Ordered a protein bowl from DoorDash (anyone who’s ordered these before know they come with the lid already on the bowl), and found a live fly in it crawling around. Sometimes things happen, and I hope it was a mistake that rarely happens. I’ve seen some other reviews on here saying that they are unclean but I’m going to guess it was a mistake. Got my money back with DoorDash tho so that was great.

Cedrick was the associate that helped us out today and was really a kind soul, even hooked the kids up with two free cookies on the house. Actually now hat I think about it, we got two sandwiches and three drinks and the total was 38 dollars, Cedrick even said “wow that’s a lot of money” so I’m guessing we got charged for those on the house cookies. Either way the young man was kind and that’s a plus in the world today right? Kinda dirty and smells like weed, but what place isn’t these days?

Went into the store and a bigger gentleman kept adding things to my sandwich that I didn’t want and my sandwich was mocking me he added olives which I can’t eat and mustard which I hate I then at a later date ordered online and my sandwich tasted like chemicals and the churro was stale the gentleman’s name was Cedric he had given me horrible service would never go back to this location
I was in hixon on the 153 and for whatever reason my Tesla gps took me to this subway which was half way into downtown when there was a subway literally 3 minutes away.
I got here and I almost didn’t go in simply because it was empty. But I figured how bad could it be. Went in, the guy who was making the sandwich was funny and we joked around. I asked him “is it usually this crowded “ and he cracked up.
I had the tuna sandwich thinking I was being semi healthy. It turns out if you read the fact sheet, the itilian BMT has half the calories than the tuna. So don’t get the tuna to be healthy.

Laura was super rude.
When we first walked in, her vibe was kind of weird. Slowly the interaction got worse. We asked her to toast our sandwich, I think that’s a pretty normal request but she looked at us like “are you serious right now?” We were a little confused as to why we a got weird look for that but we continued to order. She continued to just seem annoyed with everything we asked. Our orders were not complex. It was a tuna sandwich and a cheese pizza. The interaction was very off putting and I definitely would not recommend anyone to come to this Subway. -_-
4 stars on service for the young guy who put our food together. The manager lady that day was rude not only to customers but also to staff. Nothing serious, mostly a tonality problem constant scowl, and a bad attitude. The food was okay no issues just very low quality like you would expect from Subway.

I ordered a Philly sandwich. There was hardly any meat on the sandwich. When I took it back to ask for more meat. The employee looked at the sandwich and asked the other employee if she used the small or large scoop. The lady responded the large. She told me it looked about right and they can’t add more meat after it’s been paid for. When you pay that much for a sandwich there should be meat on it.
