12/24: lowered from 4 to 2 stars. Ordered a foot long meatball but the clerk ran out of meatballs after having put 5 on the sandwich. His solution was to space them out and spoon a lot of sauce on. I told him that would not work and he replied I could wait 15 min for him to cook more. This was before 630 pm and was unacceptable. I told him to make it a 6 in instead. He could have initially said that there were not enough left to make the sandwich. I was paying full menu price and should have been served the full product. There was also a sign about not accepting some coupons because the claim the cost was more than the coupon price. Seems like that should be addressed with their franchisor and not customers.
08/23: raised from 4 to 5 stars. It had been a while since I had been here but received some coupons in the mail. They had remodeled since my last visit and first impressions were excellent. Sandwich was made as requested and was excellent. Store appeared to be exceedingly clean. I recommend this location.
Previously:I raised it to 4 stars as I had a well made sandwich. Prices had gone up since my last visit though. Subway is getting expensive as a foot long with chips and drink was $13. Restaurant looked very clean.

This is consistently the best Subway that I've ever been to. It is always clean, well run, and fresh. On top of that the staff are always friendly and positive. Sometimes that is rare in the restaurant business. I have never had a bad experience here and the food is always great! Mindy, Dena, and Latasha are always excellent and genuinely happy to make an amazing sub for you!

Asked for a certain sandwich. I was clear that I wanted the standard BMT. Went to pay and discovered that the "artist" had added a few more slices of cheese and charged me almost $4 extra for the privilege. This is the second Subway that has done this. It seems like a shady way to squeeze more money from your customers. Needless to say, no more Subway for me. There are much better options that are cheaper.

I asked to heat the steak and then toast it .. the girl was not happy about it. . She still did not toast sandwich . When I asked her to put extra mayo on steak and cheese . She huffed.
We checked out sat down to eat .. the meat was cold . I had to go ask for napkins . The girl running register wadded napkins up and practically almost threw them ... there was 3 people working non of them was pleasant

Very poor customer service. When I went in Sunday afternoon it took about 5 minutes to place an order. I was the only customer there but the employees were busy taking to each other. Very rude when she did take my order. I guess I interrupted their conversation. No suggestive selling. No upsetting. Just an I don't care attitude. I have driven by several times and never see customers. Now I know why. I will not go back.

Went to this location twice. The first time I went, the workers were all yelling about how they all wanted to quit. They were rude when I tried to order, so I left. I waited a month or so and thought I'd try again, ordered and the lady making my food dropped food on the floor multiple times when she was making my wrap she dropped it twice and had to remake it each time. When she finally made the wrap it was all wrong so I just said nevermind and went to a different location

This location charges $4 more per footlong compared to the same order at other locations. Additionally, the subs are poorly and loosely assembled, and swimming in Sauce. Despite it being in a convenient spot, it is worth going to another location. I will not be returning.

Food and service was outstanding. The lady I believe was assist. manager was super helpful and courteous and so was her little co workers especially the pretty red headed girl. Would recommend anyone to go eat here great atmosphere.

Terrible ordered online, went to pick up they could not find my order. Showed them the receipt for my order from subway and it was the correct subway. She said you will have to get your money back on the app, no where to get your money back on app. Subway way trying to steal from me. Edit, so about 35 minutes after I left subway they called me wanting to know if I was coming to pick up my sandwich, I told them I tried to and explained what happened and she said it's ready, so I drove over there took me about 5 minutes. When I got there she said what did you order I will make it. I thought I was on an episode of punked or something. I showed her the order on my phone it was for a steak and cheese with peppers and onion. While she was making it I stepped into the restroom. I came out sandwich was ready I got home opened it up. Does this look like a steak and cheese and look at the wrapper. You can check my previous reviews, I'm not a complainer. I have never had anything like this happen ever. Subway is terrible!

Enjoyed our stop here for a late evening meal on our road trip. Standard menu for the chain. Restaurant area was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Food portions were good.My husband likes the flatbread pizza. He asked to add black olives and was happily surprised by the amount of olives they used.I like the veggie salad, topped with grated cheese. Each ingredient was a generous serving.

This Subway was a welcome pit stop during a long drive. We often stop at the Lookout Mountain exit during our trip. This is the first time we stopped at the Subway. The workers were professional and friendly, and the sandwiches were delicious!We will stop there next time!

I didn’t even get food because the girl working asked me if I was on break from work and I told her no but I’m on my way there, and she said she had to complete making the 3 foot long sandwiches for a DoorDash order when no one was even there. I walked out because I believe in house orders should come before a Togo especially since no body was even there to pick them up yet
