First thing, I asked for Italian herbs and cheese bread and was told white bread was the same thing so that’s what I was given, The lady today kept saying “I need a break” Because she kept messing things up like she didn’t know what she was doing, in my opinion this lady needs drug tested before she goes back into work. How can you say you need a break mid making somebody’s sandwich, but was on your phone behind the counter just chilling like your already on break

Not all subways are created equal. And I learned that this one is not one of the good ones. Our sandwich artist was the only one working and seemed unsure of what they were doing. Took forever and the place is a bit depressing. Unfortunate as there are people in the area that could use a job there. Must be a problem with management.

They steal customers bags who are shopping and come into order from them instead of informing the store and we called the man said the bag was still there with my purchase from Walmart now they can’t find it

very rude staff, if you go here be prepared to wait while the employees talk in the back. i grabbed my sandwich over the counter after waiting for 10+ minutes and they came out threatening to call the police. yeah uh, dont go here!

We came in at 10:30. Nothing was prepared. The staff worker was very very VERY rude. Would not go to the back for a pickle. ?Do not recommend anyone eat here
Piece of advice. If a restaurant opens at 8AM, food should start being served AT EIGHT AM. not 8:01. Not 8:10. And certainly not 8:30. Look, if production takes a long time, especially with only one employee staffed, I would suggest that employee clock in at 6AM to prepare the bread and stock the sub bar. I worked at Publix for 7 years and when I worked in the deli we had the sub bar up and running just a little after 6AM...because we opened the store at 7. If a customer wanted a sub at 7AM, no problem. We were ready. Look, I'm simply stating that you shouldn't say you open at 8, when in reality the employees can technically start work whenever. Ridiculous. I'm a third shift employee and was tired and just wanted to eat and was talked to like I was the idiot for walking into an OPEN restaurant. Also, sorta weird that there was a random friend of the employee sitting in a outdoor chair with a blanket right in front of the sub bar. ?♀️ Do your job. And if you hate your job, get another one!!!

No one is ever here to take an order when it’s lunch time. And when the person does come out they have an attitude like it’s an inconvenience for me to want to order food here. Absolutely disgusting behavior from a subway worker.
We stood in line for 10 minutes while the restaurant was empty. The worker stood there and watched us waiting to order. Finally, they screamed at us “if yall want to order you’ll have to come down here. i won’t take your order down there.” We were standing at the register to order a cookie, not a sandwich which they would’ve known if they had asked us. It was so rude and unnecessary, and it made us feel like an inconvenience for being there. Not going back because it’s obvious they don’t want us there.

I was in the store at 1 pm on May 21 2024. The person in front of me stated he had gotten a sandwich with the wrong toppings. Did he have the sandwich? No! Did he want another one? NO! The person working who had no name tag so I can only identify them as lots of tattoos and piercings and really short hair This person states well we have to fill out a form for corporate and so it begins . How were you treated when you entered the dining area… I kid you not this continued for 20 minutes Once he leaves she takes the paperwork and goes and sits down Five minutes later I asked can you not take my order I only need one sandwich. Her reply NO I have to finish my paperwork and call it in to corporate it will be about 35 minutes! What??? She needs to go!!

By far one of the worst subways I've been too. Staff is incompetent and can't even correctly make your sandwich. Management is incompetent and can't properly train the staff. Customer service by far is rock bottom.

If you see this review, choose another subway. I ordered a steak and cheese sub via the mobile app. To my surprise when I got home, I had no meat on my sub lol. I called twice and I answer. Just go somewhere else
