I ordered my normal sandwich that I always order, which is automatically saved in the app. I ordered it at 9:05 pm which the store closes at 10:00 pm and got to the store to pickup our food ( 2 footlongs priced at 22.99 but I had a coupon for BOGO. Apparently they thought since I got it on sale they should give me half the sandwich. One of the sandwiches has everything on it literally except pickles we open it to literally nothing but meat and lettuce. The other sandwich is a pizza sub made normal and it has nothing on it but chipotle sauce ,pepperoni, and cheese and it was suppose to be toasted . It wasn’t toasted nor was it even warm. Both sandwiches were worse than a gas station sub. I also asked the associate about cookies and prices he got aggravated huffed at me with a look like I was disturbing him goofing off with the other worker. They were slow and no other customers were there so it wasn’t like he was busy or anything. They did have a hiring sign on the door maybe now I know why. Do not go here unless u want ripped off with attitude!! And I worked for subway before this is not how they want their business and customers treated . This isn’t Subways core values ! I will contact higher ups about this issue.

Idk the guys name working this afternoon but that was the best experience I’ve ever had at Subway! My cold cut combo was perfect! 👌🏻 guy was great to talk to! Very friendly staff! Store is updated and clean! Glad I live around the corner! I’ll be back again!

I have ordered door dash from here many many many times and same over poured sauces just do a squirt not the whole bottle and not even send a napkins. Hell I need gloves for this. Please let me post what I recieved. This is absolutely nothing but, mustard.

Will not go back to this location they don't honor the coupon that come out in the mail and when I ask for double meat I only got 8 strips of bacon it's supposed to be 8 on each side for a foot long the owner said she has rite not to take coupons that not what the company promotes just stay away I just go some where else

The good: it wasn't very crowded when I arrived at 5:30. I was the only customer in the restaurant so I was able to be served quickly. The employee who took my order was fairly pleasant .The bad: almost $13.00 for a mediocre sandwich, small bag of chips and a drink. The self-serve fountain drink dispenser had two drink selections that were undrinkable because instead of dispensing the drink into your cup, it spit it out violently in spurts. Slight gnat problem as two landed in my drink after sitting down at a table. The sign at the register that tells you that they aren't allowed to participate in any of the national coupon promotions so don't expect any deals. Not sure why they wouldn't want to bring in customers and refuse to honor a coupon when there are so many other sandwich options that are much better in my opinion. Firehouse, Jersey Mike's, etc. They make you beg for napkins. Instead of just putting out a dispenser where you can get your own napkins you have to ask an employee and then you get two or three thin cheap napkins I used to love Subway but I will probably not be back. There are just too many other places that trust you enough to get your own napkins.

I made my order online so it would be ready when I got off from work it says you order online u get a footling for 6.99 well that didn't happen and I use the store that excepts it subway is miss leading on top of that they have kids running it by them self's who don't care if a order is right because I had to drive all the way back there because my order was wrong both subs no refund offered or anything

2nd shift will rip you off. Watch ur money.
I was shorted and what was owed back and I purposely did the math and shorted myself a dollar while the employees used a calculator and looked at me and said nothing about the miscalculation but went ahead and took my dollar since they couldn’t get the rest of my change since I asked for it back. I only tipped a dollar and was going to put all my change in the tip cup but I’m sure they make plenty daily.
I will probably just avoid this location unfortunately.

Every single employee there is so awesome and always the best service but the guy who wears the gold necklace I forgot his name but dude is the best thing that has probably happened to this location in a long time I go there a few times a week and he always is on top of things and corporate should give this guy a raise
