I tried the spicy nacho cheese chicken sandwich and was not impressed with it. I'll stick with the meatball sub. Service was good and friendly.

This subway doesn't know what double the meat means. I order a footlong hotshot italiano I ask them how many slices of meat it comes with they say six. I ask for double the meet (footlong pro) they say that gets 8 instead of six slices. They want to argue what double means. I wasn't born yesterday double means 2x subway. I went to firehouse it's a little further but I get more meat on the basic sandwich without having to add anything. It's also better. There is a reason why you guys struggle.

Bone or tooth in my food. Called to get refund and the customer service was terrible. I have pics. The guy there told me that he didn’t know how to do a refund and that he was new. Asked him to reach out to somebody that could assist me, and he got an attitude and was rude and hung up in my face. Never go to East ridge subway across from food city
