I Ordered the footlong chocolate chip cookie, along with two sandwiches, via DoorDash. I received the "double chocolate peppermint cookie". This is not offered as an option to order via DoorDash or the Subway website for online ordering. A quick google search told me this cookie was available Nov 1st-Dec 31st. 55 days passed the item even being available. Absolutely unacceptable.

Don’t go here. The owner is greedy and doesn’t accept coupons. They overcharge on subs and extra meat and cheese. I compared prices and they’re charging $13 for a sub that’s $9 elsewhere. Double meat is $4 vs the regular $3. Their drive thru is down a lot too.

Went to this Subway and was very disappointed they would not honor their Subway coupon. So I went to the one in Hixson on 153 received great service honored my coupon and we're so good I even tipped them unlike this one in Red Bank and will never ever go there again

Ordered on the app. This location isn't accepting coupons which sucks, but it is what is it. They shouldn't allow app orders if they aren't going to put what you want on the sandwich. Cheese was wrong, sauces were left off, portions are very under used. I guess they are trying to not go out of business, but nothing makes me want to not spend more money here than paying for something and not getting it.

This particular subway price gouges double meat should be two dollars not four dollars. I spent almost $40 on two sandwiches. One had double meat when I went to a different subway I spent less than $30 on the same two sandwiches I would not recommend subway to nobody.

Made a doordash order for two sandwiches, waited 40 minutes until calling the store. After it rang for 2 minutes they disconnected the phone. Not only that when canceling the order, we didn't even get half the money back, and I doubt they started the order.
Employees are always nice. They work fast and listens to what you want carefully. Love the herbs and cheese bread toasted with ham and turkey, pepper jack cheese and toppings. Always the perfect amount of toppings on each sandwich!
Kid-friendliness: Employees are always creating you as you come in, ready to make your food fast and wish you a great day as you leave. Best costumer service I’ve seen anywhere!

Went there after the local one was closed. Drove a little ways out but it was so worth it. They were about to close but allowed us to come in and order. The manager was nice and funny, and employees joked with us. We even got free cookies at the end. Will definitely be returning to that location.
