Ordered off the app today, picked it up myself, found a roach on one sandwich as soon as we opened it. Not touching the other one.

Called corporate, still awaiting my call back, but given that it's been a few hours with no call or email I am not too optimistic.

I usually order my sandwiches with no condiments so they don’t get soggy. I opened my sandwich that was just made to put on some mayonnaise and found a roach in my sandwich. I have never been so disgusted and immediately turned off of a meal!! I nearly vomited from the amount of gagging that happened.

The nastiest attitudes!!! The lady was very unprofessional! When I first came through the drive thru, instead of her listening.. she was rushing me and completely got my order wrong. When I got home I had meat and cheese…. When I went back up there she immediately had an attitude and told me NOT TO BE CUTE! Very bad customer service and every single time I come to this subway it’s horrible! Do better! Ppl paying real money and subway is suppose to be “EAT FRESH” !!! Smh

Im sitting in parking lot to write this went in to get one foot long sub that all I need to guy that is working had an attitude from hell he smash my bread cutting it open and then he just slop the meat and topping on the bread then I ask for myo and he just squeezes everywhere half of it on thier glass all on top of bread on paper I don't think any of it got on sandwich and then just rapp it up and even if I complain or even write a review nothing is ever done to fix it no one ever write backs not even the own but im just letting the public know that this subway is nasty and don't eat at this location cause they don't care

America Rights

The person waiting on us was polite and customer driven. The price of a foot long is out of control for a Subway sandwich. $15 for a ham sandwich. Unacceptable for the quality you get.

Placed an order online on 6/6. Received confirmation and went to pick it up. The young lady behind the counter told me she didn’t have an online order other than the one she was just making. I tried to show her the information but she was done with the conversation. When I stood by to try and get something done, she asked me if I wanted to order something. The only way to get a refund is to call the store according to online searches, but they won’t answer the phone and the was no option to leave a voicemail. I just want my money back.

There is an employee her name Shay, she is amazing! Easy going! Talks a lot tho. She should be employee of the year! She can carry a conversation. Always a good vibe when me and the girls have visited.. only come in when we know she is working. Always a good time with her working!

Caught food poising from this place. I'll never eat here again. I was an inch from going to the hospital. The food, wasn't fresh at all. Chicken was old, this should be against the law. If this place is going to be hurting people, something needs to be done about it ASAP!!

I will NEVER return to this subway again. They're HEAVY HANDED w/ all the condiments even when you say LIGHT ON THE SAUCE & will MAKE you pay for something you didn't order. The lady also told me that my coupon didn't cover FLATBREAD sandwiches when I have used that same COUPON at this SAME STORE numerous times!! PLEASE DO SOME RETRAINING ON YOUR EMPLOYEES because ppl are going to continue NOT SUPPORTING this location!

I went to this location at around 2pm on 12/2. The gentleman working for subway who assisted me was extremely impatient and rude. The man isn’t working at the right job. He can’ be nice or take care of customers who require a little more patience. Christina did a good job providing good customer service. She took over for the subway worker.
