We could not even get our food. The lady behind the counter was too busy doing takeout orders. We stood there for almost 30 minutes. She did our order and then went back to doing other orders we left to say after she started mouthing.

Don't use the app. Sent it to the wrong store, called within 1 minute of ordering and no one answered the phone. Can't talk to anyone at subway to report any issue or get help. Really not happy with this and I assume all I'll get is "all stores are individually owned and operated "

The workers are always mad or complaining about customers coming in. Attitudes towards customers and won't let a customer add anything to a sandwich. I will go to firehouse from now on. Also trash and food strewn all over the floor and chairs askew. Clean the place up before you try to gatekeep salt and pepper.

Came to Subway at 4420 Hwy. 58 in Chattanooga around 11:00 am on July 7 and was confronted by the worst food service employee I've ever come across. Some fellow with tattoos all over his arm. Ask him one question and he went off like rocket. It was all I could do to keep my composure. He definitely don't need to be working around people.

Always loved going there . Not anymore. Came in and the man that was at the counter had a horrible attitude. I’m 70 and had a friend with me. I told him 3 times what toppings I wanted and the last time I spoke louder . He took offense and gave me a nasty look. I told him I couldn’t hear him and was only trying to answer his questions . I ask the lady when I paid his name and she wouldn’t tell me. I tried to call corporate 3 times . I will never go back . I won’t even give a description of him because then I’ll be called a racist . Good luck and hope everyone else has a better experience. I know he was a scary man. He was nice to the man behind me and when I left the man told me he saw what happened and said it bothered him. I believe that we all should be respected and I have lived my whole life trying to be a respectful person . I didn’t deserve the treatment I got . My friend was also treated poorly . He thought I was screaming at him I guess but after three times of telling him I just tried to speak louder . His facial expression was total hate. Won’t go to any Subway ever . I tried to call corporate and no help. I won’t support Subway just because corporate wouldn’t return my complaint . Be careful seniors on 58 hwy.

I went here today around 10:30am people inside were very rude. I understand having a bad day or just not wanting to be at work but treating my family poorly was not appropriate. When you work in the food business or just with people sometimes you have to fake happiness. Our sandwiches were small portions it just seemed like we were an inconvenience.

This Subway is the cleanest one I’ve visited in Chattanooga. Kudos to the management for staying on top of it while working with a lot of foot traffic. I had my favorite Tuna on artesian white with Provolone cheese and it had a generous amount of Tuna on a soft sub bread. There are a number of new Subway sandwich combinations as this chain trys to reinvent itself. Great parking here and plenty of tables to sit and eat. The only negative is this location does not accept any coupons that you regularly see in the community news. Still a great value. For a footlong with drink and a 6”meal deal, it was less than $25.

Ordered a sub through thebdrive thru 8:04pm. Ran 2 errands, got home, unwrapped the sub and there's 2 long black strands of hair inside and outside of my sub. I take it back, the door is locked, there's a female employee with black hair, with blonde bangs making sandwiches. She motions for another person to come to the door. A young male opens the door, his voice is the one that took my order but he has curly brown hair. I immediately state I'm not mad I just want another sub no hair. He instructs me to go thru the drive thru and he'll correct the order. I go to the drive thru its 8:56pm I get to the mic and he says my Mgr said I can't make you another sub bc we're closed. I asked for the Mgr name he said he couldn't give out that info. Then he stated she's not the Mgr but that's what I was told. No offer of refund no sub. I submitted a complaint via the website over 10 days ago never heard anything back. At least the young male tried to do the right thing.

Update 1/24/23: The poor guy tonight was by himself, he had a good attitude and apologized to each customer for their wait. The redesign of their menu really isn't too different from the original just a few special designs on the sandwiches. You can still have your old favorites and then do the sub, wrap or salad. They have one of the small Coke Freestyle machinesWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchair parking with ramp at north side of the building
