Zero care on how they handle your food, literal slop they serve you. the red(burgundy) hair associate very mouthy and dirty. Did not switch gloves between making online orders. Touched phone, money, counter space, and then people’s food immediately. The team lead is barely over 22 and scared to talk to customers.

sheily i think was the woman’s name is very unprofessional and rude every single time we come. my husband like to get multiple meats and she huff and puffs everytime saying “you do know this is going to be like a 40$ sandwich right?” very loudly and rude, she says it every single time. it’s what he likes and it’s all he gets on the sandwich i don’t see why she feels the need to make him feel badly about what he likes and what WE ARE PAYING FOR. so rude and inconsiderate. please remove her from this location, im sure i’m not the only one who has gone through this with this poorly trained member.

This location is normally good and the food is just right but yesterday 2/6 I think the worker must have used all the shop's oil, vinegar, mayo and mustard supply on my sub. I always request these but never have I had the oil leak out onto the bag in multiple places and the sub be so soggy from the overuse that I could not eat it. I was not driving back to the shop just to have it remade since I was on lunch.

$50 for two sandwiches is insane. I have never in my life. This is so disappointing.
I went in during lunch this Wednesday and a older lady and a pregnant girl were very rude and unprofessional to me. The pregnant girl was very ratchet and acted like she had no care at all. The older lady had a mean look on her face the entire time and looked mad at me for coming in. These 2 should not be allowed in front of customers!!!

I ordered two sandwiches through DoorDash, both were not made correctly and they both were not toasted, when I called the store to ask if there toaster was not working, the employee was very rude and told me that if I ordered it today it was toasted and to bring my order back with the receipt, I’m 6 months pregnant and not driving to a subway to argue with a middle age woman about a sandwich. I’m very disappointed because the same thing happened two days ago. This is absolutely rediculous, and I’m very disappointed in the lack of customer service.
