Ordered here for the first time and felt ignored and the cashier with black hair tossed my sandwich on counter. Luckily nothing was messed up on it.

order didnt come thru doordash...had to practically twist the employees arm to get them to remake the sandwiches which I was then made to pay cash for and was giving a store credit.

For at least the last several visits this has been the most disappointing subway location I have visited. I requested extra of a few toppings and it seems to be interpreted as less because there were only 6 small single slices of onion on my sub in which I had requested extra onion. (Only 2 skinny slices on 1 half of the foot long) every other location has fulfilled all requests for extra sauce or extra toppings, etc. I don’t ever write reviews but this is the worst subway location I have visited out of multiple states.

I didn't ever really appreciated Subway until I found myself eating a sandwich at the many, many, national, regional, & privately own sandwich shops that are everywhere. Once you go out & eat ALL the other sandwich shops that have flourished since Jarrod's Subway commercials first got our attention, you come to appreciate subways originality & consistency. I'm not saying Subway is perfect, but it definitely deserves the title of being a good sandwich shop where you can't go wrong.

I paid $12.88 for sandwich which should’ve cost $8.99. The crew member is RUDE, RACIST, and very uneducated along with the manager. I’ll never spend another dime there. The cashier was a sweet young lady.

The lady working today during lunch time was extremely rude. I have a back problem and at times I feel as if I may trip or fall, one such instance happened while there today and I touched the glass over the food and it closed. She askedwhy do you touch the glass, very rudely and condescendingly. This back problem sucks and I wouldn’t wish it on anyone, but I certainly didn’t deserve to be talked to that way. I WILL NOT BE BACK!

The man just named E by his name tag is incredibly rude. Didnt want to make a fuss just for him to crack back but he asked leading questions that caused me to get a poorly made sandwich. Cheese not melted, bread not toasted. Only other option was to have the vegetables toasted which i DIDNT want either! Management needs to have a talk with this man about his demeanor towards customers.

Absolutely AWFUL location. I came in to get a foot long sandwich for my 7 year old son and myself. I asked the man behind the counter to cut it like 60% & 40% because my son can’t eat a full 6” sandwich. He literally laughed at me and said we don’t do that here. Worst customer service that I have ever experienced at a Subway restaurant ever. Avoid this location at all costs!

This subway hires anyone. I ordered three sandwiches online all which were to be toasted. My husband picked up the order and went home and noticed that they were all cold and not toasted so he called. David answered the phone and my husband told him how they were not toasted and David decides to argue with him saying that he knows that he toasted them like my husband is wrong. so my husband takes the sandwiches back up there. David stated that he will remake them but at the same time he kept saying” I know I toasted these sandwiches” as if my husband was lying. Since David continued to have an attitude my husband requested a refund. I then re-order three more sandwiches on the app, but I accidentally ordered at the same location, which was my mistake. I immediately call the subway and ask if the sandwiches were already made because if they were not, I didn’t want them to make it, but David says that yes, your order is already made and you can come and pick it up and I asked him how is my order made and I literally just pressed submit. He goes to say, I don’t know, but your order is ready and you can come and get it if you want to so I get to Subway. The order is already made. I take the order to the table and notice how wet the paper is like the sandwiches have been sitting. They were so wet that the paper broken half so I go to David and I’m like these sandwiches are nasty. It’s like they’ve been sitting. Why is the paper so soggy why is it so easy to rip apart? He thinks that he does not know that he just made these sandwiches so I asked him if he could remake the sandwiches because I did not want these he told me no I’m like OK can the girl Alley remake my sandwiches and he was like no she’s not doing anything. I asked David if I could have corporate’s number he told me to “figure it out “. Is this how you really talk to customers? So I called The next day and ask to speak to a manager, which was stena. She told me that she would get in contact with the store manager or whoever owned the place look at the footage and see if David gave me the old sandwiches from the first visit. It has been over two weeks and I have not heard anything so I called two weeks later to see what the update was I asked to speak to stena. When Stena got on the phone, I told her what I was calling about and she goes to tell me that they are not doing anything about this because the footage was watched and nothing was done wrong by David and that I the customer was the one being hostile from the moment, I walked in, which was a lie because when I walked in, I got my order where he told me where the order was at on the counter, grabbed it and took it to the table to see what was in the bag. I then I asked am I talking to the same person/manager that I spoke to because you do not sound like her, you sound like a man . So now they are acting like they are the manager over the phone and not giving me true information. They are blaming everything on me when I am a concern. Customer because I feel like I was treated wrong. This is the worst subway I’ve ever been to I worked at Subway for six years and I would never treat a customer like this. These people run these peoples establishment and do whatever they want because the owners are not in to see how they are treating customer. It is sad. I hope they close the subway down and I hope David and Stena Are fired. I will make a post every day until the store gets one star review
