Bring back the original sweet onion sauce. Not that sweet onion whatever it is sauce. And please hire workers that want to be there. People that are not rude.

For a restaurant in a hospital, I guess it is decent. Better than most hospital food. But when you walk 30 minutes to the nearest subway, only to find out that it is inside a hospital, and to top it all off, the food wasn't even that good.

We ordered a sandwich from the subway in the Erlanger hospital cafeteria and when we went to eat it we found a hair in the sandwich, we know it wasn't our hair because it was literally between the meat in the sandwich. Workers never wear hair nets!

I went there because I was craving Subway and it was the closest to my house and let me just say that the service was HORRIBLE. There were two girls working and it was around 2PM. It was a slow day (Sunday) so maybe I understand why they were a little bored. However, one of the girls was extremely rude and she looked annoyed that I was even there. I tried to ask them for a Pizza Sub and they got annoyed that they had to get more marinara sauce since they had run out. The food tasted okay (like all Subways), but the customer service made me never want to go back. The only nice person was the lady that takes your payment at the end of the food court near the exit. If I ever do go back, hopefully there will be nicer people working.

Terrible customer service.

I wish the employees would wear their masks while making food properly. A mask covering your chin does not stop spit or breathing on your sandwiches. I am germophobic. However with the mask violations it is still better to order from Subway versus eating the hospital cafeteria food for the food servers at Erlanger are worse.

Standing in line for >30 min. Only one employee making sandwiches and she’s a new hire because more experienced employees are unloading a truck during the lunch hour rush. 9 people in line and we’re being ignored

Manager left 12 people in line with one new hire to make sandwiches while more experienced employees empty a truck during lunch hour rush. This location is in a hospital, so staff spent most of their lunch period waiting for service because they didn't close the line. Very poor management
