The customer services was friendly and that’s the reason for the two stars. I saw the lady behind the counter cash some out while she wore gloves and then attempt to make a sandwich wearing the same gloves without washing her hands or at least changing gloves needless to say I want be back, I’ll just go to Publix.

I JUST ADDED A PICTURE OF A SUB THAT I GOT FROM SUBWAY ON SHALLOWFORD RD IN CHATTANOOGA TN AND IT WAS NOT THE FIRST SUB THAT I GOT THIS NIGHT THAT WAS WRONG. I PAID 21.00 TO HAVE THIS SUB DELIVERED TO MY PLACE OF WORK AND TWO SUBS LATER IT WAS WHAT I GOT. WRONG, WET AND WRAPPER HAD A HOLE IN IT. I AM SO IRRITATED OVER THIS. THE LADY WAS APPARENTLY CLOSING UP WHEN I ORDERED THIS SUB THROUGH UBER EATS THAT SHE GOT IT WRONG TWICE AND THEN WANTED ME TO ORDER SOMETHING ELSE AND PAY ANOTHER DELIVERY FEE JUST SO UBER COULD BRING THE RIGHT SUB AND I SAID NO I WANT MY SUB, SO I GOT IT NASTY, WET AND WRONG. I WILL NEVER EAT AT THIS STORE AGAIN.

Terrible service. One employee making 3 sandwiches for one person. Lady in front of me had waited 20 minutes. I refused to wait any longer went to another Subway that was well staffed! Won't go to this one again!

One of the worst Subways I have been to. Was visiting Chattanooga, and looked this up based on closest options. The guy closed the location 30mins before schedule. He didn't acknowledge us, waving at him...asking if he was closed, so much for customer service
