One of the best subway locations in Chattanooga. I use to work at subway as a teenager so I can hardly stand it, so the only reason I still go is because it’s close and convenient to my work. They have been consistently making my sandwiches properly which is surprising compared to the downtown location where you get a half toasted cold rotisserie chicken sandwich or a gallon of sauce served with a side of rude Attitude.

I went there to get lunch with my client who is autistic. The indigenous looking woman who worked there was extremely rude to my client. Then when making our sandwiches, insisted my client go to the back of the line because they assumed we were done ordering and started the next persons order. She had ZERO customer service skills and should not be allowed to take orders. Worst experience I’ve experienced when it has came to food service.

This location will try and skimp you on your meats. The system said one price for adding turkey, and the lady hit it an extra 2 times because the price “didn’t look right”. Also I got a foot long steak and it had what I get on a 6inch at other locations.

Best fast food place i've ever been to, let alone a subway in the middle of nowhere. Whole place was spotless and this guy was still sweeping the floor? idk if the management has ocd or what, but this place was really nice

I order the breakfast steak and egg sandwich. The artist makes the sandwich. I go to pay which is always $6 and she charges me $8.24. I advise her of the issue she then asked the artist did he put on one scoop or a half scoop. He advises one scoop so she charges me the higher price. I object but she tells me I have to make sure the artist knows it’s a breakfast sandwich. I advise I did that but she argues that it’s my fault. After I leave the line paying the extra she then instructs the artist about the difference. Apparently the customer is supposed to teach the artist on sandwich making. Won’t be going back. Bad customer care. Really bad.

I ordered takeout for lunch. This location is a little extra with the sauces, so I was bummed I wasn't given napkins to wipe it off but, it is hard to mess up a grilled chicken sandwich with pepper jack cheese and that's what keeps going back. ?

I went at lunch time and was surprised my favorite bread was back for a limited time. Honey Oat. They had a sign that mentioned this. When I tried to order this the lady who was not pleasant to talk to, told me she didn't make any because they don't sell many. ? How about you just remove your sign then? I'll just go back to other sub shops.

I was a frequent customer until today. A woman was in the drive thru at the touch screen. When she pulled away, I pulled up. The screen said, Start Another Order? I clicked it. Then it said, Cancel Order? I was confused, but wanting to place my order, and hoping it would clear out the screen, I clicked it. Suddenly, a very rude woman opened the back door and accused me of canceling a steak sandwich order which she had already made. I tried to apologize and explain there was a woman just there in a maroon colored car who had pulled around. The worker then accused me of lying!! I'm like, lady, I just pulled up! I didn't order a sandwich yet! She said there was no woman before me. I told her, apparently she drove off. She wouldn't believe me and kept going on about that steak sandwich! I pulled around to the drive through window hoping to speak to a more rational person, but to no avail. He also asked me to describe the supposed car that had pulled away! I felt like I was in the Twilight Zone. Have these drive through workers never had drive offs before?? Do they accuse every driver behind the ones who leave? I'm usually very chill, but they stirred my inner Karen today. ? ZERO stars for their service. If she'd have listened and believed me, I would have just bought that stupid steak sandwich, now I'll never go back.They need some training in how NOT to speak to customers.
